The same one showing in the screenshot below, according to Hundeyin they deleted the old video.
But maybe I agree with you that if the video was that old, it won't be only two accounts that will have it, cause it would have definitely been reposted and trended. And it's election period.

Tinubu’s tenure in Lagos has its security challenges too and nobody is blaming him for those now .
