Anyway I think you are barking up the wrong tree here, it is Buhari govt or APC that need to solve this issue; If NK can be kidnapped by Buhari to Nigeria, It shows that should Buhari or APC govt want him dealt with, trust me it is a small matter.

As someone who had in past life worked in Finland, I can tell you that the Ndigbo or even Nigerian cohort in Finland is not upto 10% of those in Netherlands or Germany talkless of UK, and more importantly don't have 1% of clout Nigerians have in the UK.
