If after giving your all over a considerable period of time and you don’t see any effort to reward your diligence, I will advise you start looking for openings in other places, if you get a better offer and a better working condition then it’s only right that you go where you will be valued. If your current place of work gets to notice the vacuum created by your absence then trust me they will either give you a better offer to come back or thenceforth start treating their staffs very well more than they treated you. Either way it’s a win win for you because it’s either you get a better offer or the other staffs start getting better offer and treatments because of you. Please do not quit unless you’ve secured a better place

Gather more experience and leave. Never expect anything aside your salary from some of these private school owners. Update yourself in your area of specialization and start applying to the big schools.
