Now ....ECO has nullified her chance to claim full custody...because of the bolded above....

Problem (NSF email) : Ukvi is asking her to provide a proof that will let her fly with the kid without the father that has joint care and custody since he's not dead....

I heard from someone this evening that they hardly respond to mails from UKVI.

I've initiated my POF with them. I want to know whether to continue or move my fund to another bank for POF.

You can do Biometric without uploading all your documents if you use an option of upload at TLS center which I used because I wasn't getting an earlier date for Self service.
When I got to TLS that day, the lady just uploaded my TB test alone instead of uploading all other documents with it and since am a novice I didn't inquire further from her to upload all required documents like my CAS, Marriage certificate, Employment letters, Reference letters etc and after that day on the 29th May, I got a mail that my documents weren't complete so I sent all of them on 30th May to them and ever since then I haven't gotten any tangible response.

That is strange to me. My experience there is different. Anyway, Don't worry. Since you have now sent all the documents, your application will be considered and approved by God's grace. Stay calm and keep praying.

how do they confirm bank statements from banks during holidays.

Do we now say form A route for payment is gone since there's no difference between CBN and black market forex rate?

The two parent must be in the UK or has a valid visa to the UK before they can allow you bring in the Child. Anything otherwise will nullify the application. Cheers

Please does anyone here know if UKVI contacts Fidelity bank to verify bank statement?

I have called Fidelity Bank more than twice to know if they have been contacted by UKVI, but they kept saying that UKVI has their way of verifying without contacting them.

Please people who have gotten there visa, how many people who used GTB as POF got a speady response from them.

Seems most of our applications are pending due to confirmation with the banks
Anyone used Zenith here for their POF?

Please note that your maintenance funds should be for your use in the UK


Any other arrangements is deceit and will attract a 10year ban when caught

Following my last question, please i need another clarity. Is it possible to add the on MA's POF to what i am currently running in my account.

So what we are currently running in MA's account is over 23m which was suppose to be used for all of us but due to the fluctuations of FX i have started counting down with my own account but what i did was at the rate of 1400 for 1 person.
Now considering the recent drop of fx what is in the MA's account will only be sufficient for 2 at the rate of 912 and today's rate is 954 although the application won't be due until mid nextweek. my major question is can the case worker add the balance on the MA's account with the second account i am running for it to be sufficient for 2 provided that we submit both account statement with consent, or i should top up what i have in the second account to sufficient for 2.

I did Bio on the 21st of June.

I just went to the Fidelity bank branch closest to me now, they said the embassy would have sent a verification mail to head office and head office would have also directed it to the branch where I opened the account.

My brother's account (main applicant) that will have about 10 million naira.

His school fees remains 7500 pounds to be paid.

I don't seem to understand your question

I will assume you asking about combining accounts


You can combine accounts with your spouse as long as it meets the required amount on the date of your application


If you do combine accounts include a cover letter to address what accounts refer to what application( between the MA and dependant)

Hello gurus in the hws
I'm worried about uploading my offer letters as the remuneration doesn't match my POF. Will the ECO not be concerned how I earned such money in my account for POF due to the remuneration on my offer letters ?
I also went to North Cyprus 2022 for study but couldn't complete the course after gaining admission in the UK. I left after three months (voluntarily with a valid permit) . Hope this won't pose any issue towards my visa application.
