You're dreaming. Ruto will not concede anything to Raila. Ruto is very principled and will do what he promised to do long time ago.
1) Create Office of opposition leader - Raila or Kalonzo can take that - have same privilege as minister - and sit in parliament.
2) Raila if he wants a political deal - the only deal available is Golden Handshake where he retires and hand Ruto ODM for a small fee - last I heard he wanted 10B KES - but now his stock has dropped - I think he will likely sell ODM to Ruto for 5B or less.

Ruto was clear from day one that his job was NOT to fight corruption. The fight against corruption must be institutionalized. Otherwise it will become a political - where gov leaves sacred cows - and go for opponents. Let kenya institutions charged with fighting corruptions fight corruption.

What Ruto has done - whenever any scandal has come - he has swifly fired all those involved. That is where his power ends. He can only take administrative action.

The biggest corruption is kenya is actually horizontal corruption - low level bribery when you need gov documents. The best way to fight corruption in that case is to computerize gov services. In six months - Ruto has made 5,000 gov services online. In the next few months almost all 7,000 gov services will be online and on your smartphone. You will not pay any cash in any gov office for any gov services - you pay electronically. This already has seen non-ordinary revenues (gov services user fee) increase tremendously.

1) Constitution. CKRC under Yash Kai were nearly done - when Narc under kibaki came to power in 2003 - in 2005 - we had Bomas. Ruto was key participant. Key contentious issues as majimbo/fedaralism like in Nigeria. Eventually brilliant Dr Mbai - found a compromise - in Germany like devolution - not US or Nigeria federalism - but something close. Bomas had a consensus but Dr Mbai was shortly assisinated - Kibaki run to Kilifi and drafted his own constitution. Ruto and Raila joined hand to defeat that Kilifi or Wako draft in 2005. It around that time when Kibaki also arrested Ruto for corruption. Ruto rose from Mp to become Kalenjin leader - ODM is formed -kibaki is defeated but rig elections- Kalenjin go into murderous pogrom against kikuyus.

2) Constitution 2010 - Kenyans after the 2007 bloodletting were now ready for new constitution - Ruto had fallen out with Raila - big debate was around two issues - to go parliamentary system or presidential system. Kenya had been hybrid system of governance since jomo Kenyatta decided in 1964 to do away with parliamentary system of gov negotiated as part of Kenya independence in lancaster. Nobody wanted a hybdrid system or a mongrel system. Ruto and Raila - ODM were for parliamentary system - most kikuyu politician were for presidential system as they enjoyed demographic advantage. Eventually again Naivasha PSC were to hammer the final deal. The deal was simple presidential system but with strong devolution or federalism like US or Nigeria. Raila sold out - thinking he will inherit the powerful presidential system - as again like last year - all stars were aligned - Ruto and Uhuru were facing ICC crimes.

After Naivasha - Ruto said - he agreed with 95% of new constitution - but 5% were a problem - and it will be very difficult to ammend the new constitution as it was designed to be almost un-ammendable.

3) Ruto tenure as Minister of Agriculture. In 2007 - Ruto was suppose to be Prime Minister under Raila gov. Raila sold out in Sagana and came out empty handed. Ruto accepted the then powerful ministry of agriculture. In 2008 just after violence in breadbasket of rift valley - there was inevitable maize shortage. Maize was ordered. Raila demanded to import maize. He got South Africa GMO maize - illegal in Kenya but he didnt care. The ship came and got rain on in Mozambique. Maize arrived rotten with afflotoxin - caricogenic - or cancer causing. A Dr Kioko of KEBS said the maize was unfit for human or animal consumption and must be destroyed. Raila tried all gymanstics including firing Dr Kioko - and eventually maize was re-exported to South Sudan by his son Fidel. To cover up his tracks - he blamed Ruto.

4) Ruto was voted the most hardworking minister of agriculture - in his tenure Kenya has maize surplus in 2009 - kibaki started liking him. Raila got even more jealous. 6) In 2010 - Ruto was official tried in ICC for crimes against humanity - and under new constitution - he had to resign from cabinet. He retain his position as Mp of Eldoret North. Ruto resume his MSC and quickly Phd studies in science - just to kill time - as he campaigned relentless.

7) Ruto and Uhuru floored Raila despite being mere Mps and under ICC and against all western countries. He was Deputy president for 10yrs. Now president for 10 plus years if he wants.

Poor kazi Kazi - even Oninons?

I pity Tanzania and Uganda farmers who depend on kenya to sell their farm produce. In next one year - you better find a new market for your farm produces. This year tell your people to find new market for their maize. Next year it will be even worse. Ruto was minister of agriculture in 2008 - 2010 - and he fixed kenya agriculture. Right now - kenya is expected bumper maize harvest - next year it will be even greater.

Your people are crying because there is little onions coming from TZ hence the prices have shot up. Instead of weeping,you are here mocking the situation. If u were smart,you were to teach your farmers to farm onions.
Anyway,we don't deal with onions alone. We have tons and tons of other stuff.
