How will this influence the judgement? The judiciary relies on evidence and not all evidence have effect on any matter of contest.
Prove your case beyond reasonable doubt and the judgement is in your favour!
In my opinion, anyone expecting the judiciary to rule against a sitting president is like someone hoping a cow will pass through the eye of a needle.
