You know you cant fool people for long without them coming to know, when we stated from the beginning that the Zionist state are not after Hamas or terrorists they called us terrorists sympathizers and other ad hominem attacks. What will they now call leaders of Spain, Ireland, France, Norway South Africa and other notables calling out the atrocities of the murderous Netanyahu and his gangs of thieves?

Palestine and Hamas terrorists aren't done finding out yet

When Israel is done with them, if they tell them in dream to repeat Oct 7 act, they'd run

Tinubu one year in office

Shop burglaries in the south West have now become rampant. I've been hearing several sad stories. Even my mum experienced the same.

The space is satured but it might be worth looking into.

Where was you when Yaseer Arafat's Fattah was usurped by Israel using Hamas ? Where was you when Yitzhaq Rabin was murdered for supporting The Oslo Accords? Where was you when Yaseer Arafat was poisoned with Polonium

Tourism is about attracting people with money which for us means International visitors. Making tourism the cornerstone of your economy was a dumb decision in a country without the ability to attract foreign visitors and where the local population in Nigeria lacks the disposable income, especially in the middle of insecurity that was going on at that time in Niger Delta and going on till today. In a state that lacks the supporting industries that make tourism thrive whether it's the food production or transport networks, that was always going to be a white elephant.

If you go to any mass tourism holiday destination today, you expect to have croissants, sausages, bacon etc on your table first thing in the morning, choice of various foreign foods in the afternoon and evening (Italian. Chinese, Paella, Seafood, Cheese, Wine, french pastries) etc with either local production able to meet these needs or imports flowing daily to meet these needs. You will find these in any holiday destination today. Your travel must be VISA free from the developed countries or be able to be bought in the plane quickly or on arrival with no questions asked. Return plane tickets must be £400 and below with direct flights, leaving enough headroom for travel agents to put together a package and pass on profit to the hotel. There are not even foreign flights to Cross River today. All these conditions above are met by holiday destination, even Gambia is meeting these conditions.

You must have supporting activities outside the resort such as water sports, water skiing, windsurfing, swimming with dolphins, helicopter rides etc also, not just lock tourists in a resort with armed soldiers making them feel uncomfortable

Below is Porters diamond (not 5 forces) which determines where countries put their investments. A simple example of the "related and supporting industries" section of Porters diamond is a country renowned in making wine will choose to invest in cheese-making since cheese and wine are often consumed together. "Demand conditions" means you have local demand that can provide a revenue base while you scale up. Calabar had none of these. Duke was a Capital fail.

On the other hand, Lagos knew that their strength lay in Business tourism and real Estate and they capitalised where they had competitive advantage. They saw insecurity in Niger Delta gave them an advantage and they guaranteed security in the Island. They have the port and the International airport, and they can even appeal to the foreign pallette. If you go to the major hotels on the Island today, you will have any European food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Go to Calabar and they will surely be asking you to manage edikaikong.
Michael Eugene Porter, the Newton of the field of Strategic Management and one of the most influential thinkers of the West alive. Quite a remarkable mind.

Mehn Palestine have the best marketing sha, cos somehow they've found a way to make it fashionable to be pro-Palestine.

All eyes really should be on Hamas clearly using Civilians as a human shield. If Hamas truly cared about Palestine, they would have come out Rafah and gone to face IDF in a mutually agreed battleground.

It might sound reductive, but I believe Hamas have a duty of care to the citizens of the 'state' they're 'fighting for', and should be taking every possible step to evacuate the civilians from harms way.

They won't though, because there's never been an Islamic theocracy in modern times that actually cares about the people it rules. Hamas are fighting for the right to oppress Palestine, not to protect it. They prefer maximum collateral damage because the Eyes on Rafah crowd can use it to heap international pressure on their sworn enemies.

I find the whole thing absurd. It's like seeing All Eyes on Boko Haram. All Eyes on Isis. All eyes on Taliban. As if we don't know how these niggas really get down.

With your academic qualifications and skills, you'll find it easier. There's enough money to be made on Upwork if you've key technical skills, such as research writing, technical writing, academic writing, programming, software development, and the likes.

It's low-skilled people that find it difficult getting jobs on Upwork.

I'd encourage you to consider it if you've a valid means of identification, such as international passport, voter's card, digital ID card (NIN slip alone won't be enough), or driver's license.

I am convinced that many of you would have supported the ruling Apartheid government in the 80s.
Rehashed the talking points against civil rights.
Probably called slave trading part of our culture and opposed the Queen's edict to stop the trade.

Or maybe you wouldn't, because the victims share the same skin color or religion.

In 20-30 years when the State of Palestine is an independent state and the world starts pressing for reparations from Israel, most of you will swear on whatever you worship that you never cheered while kids were decapitated and burned alive.

If after all of the atrocities Israeli has perpetrated, you're still clinging to whataboutism and selective amnesia, you're simply a horrible person who is on the wrong side of history.

If you judge strictly based on actual performance that impacted people I can see why you would say PBAT was a below average governor but then again look at the policies and roadmaps that subsequent Lagos governors followed that improved the economic and infrastructural landscape of the state? You might hate his politics but you have to grudgingly accept Tinubu finish work. Lekki FTZ that houses port and Dangote refinery whose brain child was it? He implemented the tax regime as flawed as it is that has enabled the state to embark on projects that rival the FG. Fashola is by far the best administrator however if you're talking about a state governor that laid the policy foundation that has guaranteed the relative wealth of Lagos in comparison to other states then you have to give the man his flowers. All this without prejudice to his current performance as President. OBJ based strictly on economy is Nigeria's best president till date.

BlueRayDick:

I didn’t claim Fashola excelled in Lagos , Fashola actually did excel and both local and international observers gave him his due credit .

Na only Tinubu fanatics Dey claim Tinubu outperformed Fashola as per John the Baptist of Lagos 😂

If u carry microphone enter street interview non-APC-member adults on whose administration they felt government impact most in Lagos , majority will tell u it is Fashola .

Same place where you denounced 70 years of repressive apartheid state policy on Oct 6.

Germany has been making reparations and restitution payments for more than 70 years to the tune of $86B.

Israel should get its checkbook ready.

But first we will hold your psychopathic overlords accountable and free Palestine from their ghoulish grip.
