There is no problem however, you need a very good justification on why you want to change status from visit to study.

What exactly is the error message that you are unable to register and have used multiple email accounts?

Option A. If you have a wifi, turn it off. Then hotspot your mobile phone to your laptop/computer and try.
Option B. Go to a brother or sisters or friends place and use another laptop/computer and try.

I got it through someone I paid. My original appointment was 2025. When I contracted the person he requested I shouldn't give him a dime until he gets the date, he called me like 2 weeks later that he has secured one for me, I logged in and confirmed it, I then proceeded in transferring to him the agreed amount.

I need appointment this month for mother for her daughter's military graduation, I do not think with that one can request for emergency appointment date.
