Bread and sugary drinks like Fanta and Coca-Cola is another one.This is another harmful combination that we consume regularly in this country.We have the lowest life expectancy( 52 years )in the world, only slightly above Chad republic and our health ministry and we, the regular folks are showing little or no concern that we face premature deaths in this country.
