hello everyone, trying to make a decision between SRNE and felecity inverters.. for those who use SRNE inverters how would you rate it... are there service centers around lagos and does the company stand by its warranty claims

SRNE outshines the later in terms of quality & after sales service delivery. Contact us for discounted price if keenly interested.

SRNE is better, but Felicity has more presence in Nigeria from what I've seen.

But purely from a hardware quality perspective, SRNE is well ahead.

What most failed to understand is that product pricing goes beyond quality alone.

Service and customer experience plus a long warranty are what determine the value!

If you want hardware and are ready to live with any quirks afterward.

All these people sell similar hardware

Don't think they're that expensive tbh. When I bought my inverter, it was priced similar to models from Felicity, Gennex, and SMS.

I guess their latest models could be more expensive, though. Probably same range as Growatt.

If i might ask, are there no long term consequences for using motor and induction appliances on high frequency inverter?
Edrizz:

My brother, add an additional 580watt panel to ur existing array n everything will hence go smoothly. I'm also using that brand n type of ur inverter and I have 5pieces of 400watt on it n on a good sunny day I use the system to power my 2kw electric kettle n sometimes inductive hotplate self, those two appliances draw 1,300+ from my panel n then draws additional 900+watt from my 5.888kwh lfp pack cos my freezer is always in use with any of the said appliances...but in a hot afternoon when I use my 1000watt philip iron + freezer, my battery will keep charging at around 100w+ while I consume 1.2kw+ from my panel for the said load... all in all, my 2kw panel have never gone above 1.365kw in this rainy season, though I'm yet to experience dry season harvest sha

I don't think there could be any effect more so, I don't use it everyday, just once in a while when the sun is so intense

Most of the time Energy ratings on Appliances are peak power and not continuous power, especially for Heating and cooling elements.

The best way to understand your usage is to add an energy meter, Smart plugs, and a watt meter plugged it will calculate your usage.

For the sake of a rough estimate, take the 270w as the power.
270W Plus 30W inverter consumption is 300W rough estimate.

your 12V 100Ah is 1280wh = 4 hours usage
12 200Ah is 2560 = 8 hours usage

Just don't overload them innit. Plenty of stress tests on YT showing inverters handling even more than their rated power output.
