Safety of their men.

Those who turn soldiers and police to shooting targets won't hesitate to turn on FRSC officials, even if they are their brethrens.
Those who clap when unarmed ipob members are shot won't hesitate to cry when the tide turns against the killer government agents . U see your life?

Better for them. Useless government criminals. They mount road blocks just to extort motorists. Most of them working in the east are posted from northern and western Nigeria. Criminals.
Are you sure you get brain to have typed this trash? Your region is facing serious insecurity and if not curtailed will spell doom in the foreseeable future. I hope when they withdraw all security personnel from your region and the UGM begins to go from house to house maiming, killing, looting and assassinating, you won't come here and be faulting FG. You people better take it easy, no be by gragra to take power, you must work for it cos I know the genesis of this insecurity in SE is agitation for power which is not served via sentiment or emotions.

Very good development. Impunity breeds nothing but impunity and anarchy. This is just a symbol of what may go round. Meanwhile, has frsc been patrolling the NE and NW?

I don't understand what you are saying, enugu ShopRite is booming, Roban now has 5 malls in enugu alone and nsukka outlet is coming up. Food cost is high but people are not starving here and it is not cheaper elsewhere

You are a poor economist, there can't be high price in the midst of low purchasing power, it doesn't just make any sense because we are told that high demand leads to high price.

The most lucrative business in Enugu now is real estate, no matter how costly a house is it won't take a month before it will be fully copied, can that be said about any state in SW aside Lagos ?

Simply look around that mall carefully. Shops are closing compare with cities like Uyo, Warri, Portharcourt, Ibadan, Lekki and Sangotedo malls.

So you are trying to compare Uyo , and Warri to enugu ?

Just leave this argument, business is booming in Enugu, Roban alone has 5 malls in the city alone while big eatries like crunchies , chicken republic, genesis etc are springing up everywhere .
These types of business can only thrive where there is a purchasing power
By the way enugu is not all about ShopRite, there are spar , eastern shop, market square, Roban, four market days, infact there are more than ten different malls in enugu with some of them having more than one branch.

ShopRite trived when they were the sole retail shop but now a lot of competitors have sprang up and their market share is reduced, it also happened in Kano which forced the retail giant to close shop there or are you also telling me that the reason is because people are leaving Kano or because there is low purchasing power in Kano ?

That is not how to judge the economy of a city,. The number of two to three story buildings springing up in enugu monthly can not be seen in Ibadan,Uyo and Warri in six months.

Our Eastern brethren don't need their vehicles check by frsc. Nnamdi Kanu will set up safety corp for them.

Good radiance to rubbish.

Nonsense! How can you be on the road to extort car owners with the excuse that they have faulty lamps, or expired tires on their cars but your own car is not better.
Demanding for road worthiness when the road is not even car worthy.
Please they should pack them and Soyinka to one corner.

We have to emphasize: safety starts from quality of road.
You abandon federal roads in the east, flood everywhere with hungry looking officers to enforce safety on bad roads?
Sounds both comical and annoying.

I was even curious here in the Beijing to know why the roads do not have very smooth tar surfaces, and a friend told me, it's a safety requirement for good friction with motor tires

Sometimes I am ashamed to answer the name Nigerian. Do you understand the underlying essence of the post? This is a sign of a failed state. A government agency is withdrawing services across states and you here spouting rubbish Illiterates everywhere.
