Visa refusal My mum visa has just been denied. She's self-employed and runs a POS business. The reason for her denial was that: 1. He transaction within the month was more than 2x of her annual income. 2. She was told that she needed a tax history. I have attached a snapshot of their reason. Please, advise as I want to reapply

Good morning everyone, I'm new here but not new 🤣. Please pardon me my question might be long.i will need some contribution too becos I want to reapply again soon next mth. I'm self employed clothing business, with an annual income of 4.5m. I'm a single mother not legally married just gave birth when I was a teenager, my business is registered and I have good annual income more than that 4.5m I filled in my previous uk application, but i choose to reduce it to 4.5m why because I don't have tax clearance yet but I have Tin certificate. if I choose to put higher income the will ask for tax clearance my own thought. My elder sis is a US citizen and a nurse he sponsored me 6m send all her details citizenship etc and my uncle too sponsored me with 5m send all his details too including tax clearance ID card issued by Lagos State because he is in Nigeria but a UK frequent traveller. My uncle wrote a cover letter stating his relationship with me, my business and his support towards my trip same with my sister too. So In my previous form I wrote a cover letter explaining who i am, my business and my daughter as a single mother. So in my document I submitted my daughter pic with me because she is in nursing school now, her 1year old pic and 18yrs pic, her birth certificate though my parents name is in her Npc as an igbo lady I am, if you are not married Legally that you gave birth out of wedlock your child will answer your parents name so that's why my parent name shows in her Npc cert.i also submitted my CAC cert(inactive), my my STATEMENT of ACCOUNT of 6mths Jan 2024 to May 2024 closing bal of 3m, my biometric was on 29th May at VI. So I made a terrible mistake when filling my form I filled 45,000000 in my annual income instead of 4,500,000 because I use naira to fill not pounds so typo error caused the issue. When I Recieved my letter it states 1) YOU HAVE BEEN REFUSED ENTRY TO UK AND I HAVE CONSIDERED YOUR HOME TIES AND YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT. 2) YOU STATES THAT YOU ARE SELF EMPLOYED WITH AN ANNUAL INCOME OF 45,000000 SO I HAVE CHECKED YOUR STATEMENT FROM FIDELITY BANK AND SEES THAT YOU ARE NOT IN THE OWNER OF THE INCOME YOU STATED🤣MY MISTAKE O. 3) YOU SAID YOUR TRAVEL FARE BUDGET IS 3.5M. BUT I'M NOT SATISFIED YOU HAVE THE RIGHT FOR THE MONEY LOL MY MISTAKE IS I DID NOT HAVE 3.5M INSTEAD MY CLOSING BAL SHOWS 3M. NOW MY UNCLE SAID I SHOULD REPLY AGAIN AND EXPLAINED THAT THE MISTAKE OF 45M IS FROM MY OWN SIDE, THEN GET NOTARY PUBLIC AFFIDAVIT TO SUPPORT THE MISTAKES. NOW MY QUESTIONS GOES LIKE THIS: 1. SHOULD I INCLUDE MY TIN CERT SINCE I DID NOT INCLUDE IT IN MY PREVIOUS FORM. 2. SHOULD I PRINT MY BUSINESS PIC IN D SHOP TOO TO SHOW THEM. THOUGH I HAVE FILLED ANOTHER FORM AND Fill 4.5M ANNUAL INCOME, TRIP REDUCED TO 7DAYS 10TH SEPT TILL 16 SEPT because LAST FORM I FILLED 10DAYS BUDGET 3.5M. NOW NEW FORM I FILLED 7DAY'S BUDGET 2.3M MY ESTIMATION BUDGET BOTH FLIGHT, FOOD, TRAIN FARE AND ACCOM 2.3M BUT I ADDED EXTRA TO MAKE IT TOTAL 2.5M. I need help on what to do or any document to add or remove since is Sept summer mdon finish by then because in my last form I wrote in my cover letter I'm going for holiday July to come back to 9ja for Aug clearance sales. Will attached my Refusal letter so that the wise elders here should enlighten me more on what to submit though I use my previous info in this new one the only mistake i corrected that Annual income 4.5m. So pls help me out thanks.

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by giselle237: 9:50am On Jun 25 |
Kossyfelicia:No vex o. Why does your sister need to give you million to sponsor you and your uncle another set of millions for sponsorship… all for this one travel? Do you not think it is further complicating issues? How much do you earn gan gan from your business… say monthly? You have to fill in a monthly income and an annual income.. start from there.. the ecos will still be looking at these figures.. pls avoid this rush. You already have one refusal, no need to add more. |
