If your father has no will I think your mother is next in line to inherit his property. But there is a fundamental problem in your family that need to solved first. If the woman has a reckless 22year old boy selling everything in sight she also has a 20yr old daughter standing by the mother and they have 3 or 4 siblings under 14yrs to sponsor...
