I just need to post something angry

Spaghetti made by a busy nursing school student but I added chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and more veggies with different spices

Tastes good anyway cheesy

Hubby asked for his favorite for breakfast.
French toast and scrambled eggs.

I always keep a basket of low hanging fruit (literally) for the kids to snack on. So they’re not bothering me throughout the day asking for snacks. Healthy snacks, they get to be independent and I rest. Win win.

yes ,you're right about the dry Oha leaves ,they dont do it for me at all....
the fresh ones are greener and awww....they make the soup so tasty with some cow leg and yellow pepper.

i made Some Egwusi soup 3days ago , as with every soup in my house,it never sees the light of day. So couldn't take any pictures .

This was last night's dinner.

BEEF TORTILLAS WITH APPLE PIE,and VANILLA/STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

couldn't get any Tortillas at the near by store, so I made mine , they didnt come out that great,but they did the job.
