Is there anywhere I said they have to be loud? Does 'being afraid to speak freely' imply 'not being loud enough'?

I didn't need to wait for them to end their session for me to conclude without reservation that Chinwe is world apart from Anita in terms of diction and overall powerful word bank. Anita is fluid (accent-wise) but she speaks just basic. Chinwe is by far the better.
