The question is: how many traders are actually holding onto their coins for two years straight without selling, especially in this part of the world? The primary goal of trading is to make a profit, and it's natural to sell when you see a gain, then potentially reinvest or chase new opportunities. Many traders who continue to hold onto their coins do so because they bought at a high price, and selling now would result in significant losses. That's why they choose to hold. For others, they have a predetermined exit price in mind, and once that target is reached, they sell. While the ease of transactions without government interference is appealing, the market remains volatile. It’s wise to take profits when they’re available because, in reality, no one can predict market movements with certainty. Of course, as someone mentioned here, one approach is to keep buying and holding if you have another source of income, but most traders enter the market with the mindset of striking it big quickly with the little fund they have. The primary focus should be on investing, but the introduction of futures trading has complicated this, turning what was once considered investment into more of a gamble. But the thing is as we move with the market, the lessons, experiences will help with further trades. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

iLegendd: This lecture is specifically for me and I can relate 💯 to the bolded. My biggest gain so far (by percentage) this year came between mid April and late May. This is because I was out of the market between January and April due to some major circumstances and personal decisions (anticipating the halving crash). I did multiples on some coins e.g $PEPE from that April 12/13 crash even though I was taking profit profusely. Since this recent crash to 48k, I've been trying to stay away from the market as much as possible since I already activated alert for major $BTC movement on my phone. The plan is to keep buying USDT with 20-30% of my paychecks while waiting for another "April-like" opportunity. We keep learning, we keep winning. 4 Likes 1 Share |

TIME Time is a mirage. Time is a perspective. If you master it, you've mastered patience. And since it has made you master patience, add a purpose and you'll realise you've mastered success with strategy. The 4 year Re-Sell-Bu-Bu system I'm proposing to everyone to use might seem long to some people, but remember time is a perspective and I have experienced both. If there is a wedding you really MUST attend, but you don't have money or clothes to wear and fortunately, someone is owing you 2 million. When you go asking for the money and the person says, "Give me 1 year, things are so hard for me." Do you know that this one year will feel like 1 decade (10 years)? Now, imagine you're living in a place where you're owing the landlord 1 year rent of 1 million and your salary is 100k. You have 12 months to pay up or get sent out and your only income is 100k, your feeding, transport, family billing, etc. is there. You don't even know the day you might get sacked. You can't even save 20k per month from the money. How will that 1 year interval run in your mind? Slow or fast? Gather here with your glass of juice let's laugh together. Hahahahaha. You get my point. It will run like Usain Bolt. 30 days per month will feel like 3 days. Four years will feel so long for Chidinma in jail, but so fast for her sister that is 29 years and looking for a husband. That is perspective. The level of money and freedom you have alters your calendar of life (time). All of us use the same calendar and clock, but our brains use a different one called perspective calendar. Its speed is dependent on our current predicament. A man who has closed all his trades and waiting for BTC to come down to 38k to buy and a man who bought at 15k or a man whose liquidation is at 38k operates on a different time, frequency and emotions. If BTC keeps going up, up, up, anɗ up it goes, the 38k waiter begins to panic and every hour matters to him, but if it keeps going down, down, down, the 38k liquidation trader begins to panic except it's his strategy and he has more money to buy more at 38k. These people are operating on a different calendars. Even the 15k buyer might say, "Damn! Why? I should've taken profit when USDT dominance bottomed on the monthly trendline when BTC was at 73.7k. I saw it, but I didn't take profit." The worst part is if you're a woman and you're 29 and unmarried. 4 years will feel like 4 months. The time will start moving so fast and before you know it, you're 30 years. 1 month later, you're 31. 2 months later, you're 32. It even gets worse if your family, that can't help financially, because they don't have, is putting pressure on you. For a man, if you're poor at 39, even after all the degrees, you feel the same too. Time will move so fast and in 2 seconds, you're already 45 years old and still poor. So, use this 4 year system and don't worry about the market, but study the market. Just save some USDT and put it in earn. Every month, it generates you profit until that "buy" day comes and rests on your shoulder on a platter. That day when gurus are fighting each other on social media on who was right — that day when the person who was right screams, "I told you all so, but you didn't listen." That day is always a special buying or selling day depending on the direction and stage of the market. If your BTC plan is not a 4-year plan, you're desperate. All of us are, but let's learn to control it and we'll rejoice in the end. Being convinced to go into crypto should serve as a blessing to you. It's not easy convincing those who have lost money in MMM or on social media scam to join this industry. You that got convinced either by yourself or someone, count yourself lucky and as a lucky man/woman, use your lucky charm — perspective, patience and strategy to your advantage. Too many people are depressed today because of lack of patience while the rest are depressed because of too much patience that wasn't strategically monitored or managed. Inasmuch as patience is good, too much patience that isn't scrutinized is bad. Even if you forget everything I said, don't forget this one. "Time is a perspective. Its speed is based on your current situation and condition in life." 22 Likes 5 Shares

I don’t want to know the kind of mighty bull that want to happen, this coin can never see $1,500 again not when most holders have abandoned it. What makes great coin is the community. Numbers of holders and usefulness of the coin. That’s why btc will always be no 1; just check the top 10 holders na… Coin that’s not in num 1 to 50, just know say na luck plus gamble. seanwilliam: 3 Likes 2 Shares

I just realized BNB and co. have already hit some critical lows. It might stubbornly never want to hit it again till next bear market. Also, I just found a YouTube channel that preaches about the 4 year plan and I'm watching all his videos as I type to see how he does his. He's really good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ou9i-zfZVvk?si=vcON-TWMhjDsL47L 10 Likes 1 Share

What is even bull market? Is it that during the assume bull market, there won’t be red days? It is either you are in the market with DCA mode or out because you won’t really know when the spike will happen. The whole anticipating new all time high can happen within minutes and drop down again. This is the best time to enter market if you want. Buy at the 50s, DCA at 40s, if worst happen, then keep usdt for 30s level same applies to good alts. Luckyss: 5 Likes |

For most of us who may not know... Reason the market is slow and declining is simply due to fear of rate cut. The market is not sure if the US FED will cut 25 or 50. Rate cut of 50bps will signify fear, an attempt to patch up the economy lest it sinc. 20bps is healthy |
Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by twosquare(m): 12:21pm On Aug 15 |
That's it..most anticipate a rate cut in September, then there is election...if rate cut is done, and there is an economic crash, it won't speak well for the Democrats at the ballot. GRACEGLORY: |
