Truth is, 80 percent of them are not original MFM members. They probably joined the campus fellowship in their 3 Rd year or final year because of the award.

Some of these pastors are funny grin

So bagging a first class is now a function of the denomination you attend?

I guess it's a contest among Pentecostal churches in Nigeria because the pastor wasn't even born yet when Catholics started bagging first class 😂

PS: the text says Nigeria while the title says the world.

Obviously you are sad about the good news. You too should go and tell the girls in your denomination to stop prostitution and the boys to stop internet fraud and face their studies.

Is mfm a school or a religious center?

A religious center showing how socially responsible it is by doing what governments in all tiers should be doing instead of giving N10,000 to first class students while employing BBnaija prostitutes as PA.

Clear now?

thats great but where are they? are they gainfully employed and being remunerated accordingly?

what contribution are they making to the country?

Dignitaries, including Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, and Governor of Delta State, Sherrif Oborevwori, were at the service.

how will Nigeria become a better place when those who steal the commonwealth and are failures in governance or stooges of godfathers are considered "dignitaries" in a church?

Stop making the mistake of thinking every one who comments on Nairaland are graduates.

How sure are you the guy you quoted is still not trying to combine NECO and WAEC results together to gain admission into a College of Education?

I highly doubt this is even true.

In order to arrive at this conclusion, he would have to take census of the total number of first class graduates in every branch of every denomination, including Deeper Life, Christ Embassy, RCCG, Winners etc. Not just in Lagos alone but in all the 36 states and FCT. Not just the pentecostals alone but also Catholics, Baptists, Anglicans, Lutherans etc.

I don't think someone who's supposedly that educated should be making such broad statements without facts to back them up.

He said he stand to be corrected...

True, because of the church's reward system...it pushes their members extra miles..

I remember back then, some of my set that had First and were members of MFM Students Fellowship..they were given Nissan Primera by their Headquarters.

Not sure the year Pastor Olukoya quoted here to be correct, because the people I am talking about graduated in 2009... Although, car reward came after their NYSC...maybe they were fortunate to benefit in the year 2011.
yes, he started given them cars then.
