Leyemoshood: I'd like to add that I hope she has entered the pool already. I believe she can use NOC 82030 to qualify for the Agriculture category under the CBD, while she waits to take her exam. Last draw was 437 in February. 1 Like |

Hello everyone. I’m interested in Canada PR. I have 3yrs+ work experience, I’m within the age bracket as well. I also have a sister who has a Canadian PR. I want to do BCS and French tutorial to boost my score. I’d like to get recommendations for a BCS and/or a French tutor to guide me through. If there’s any group I can join as well, kindly recommend. Thanks. |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by aurorae1: 12:11pm On Sep 02 |
Drdreluv: Get your ND and HND evaluated. What matters is your job description not what you studied. It must align with closely with IRCC's definition of that job(80%). For the examiner portion, I'm not sure there's an exact NOC it fits, but if you have more experience in the education system, do more research using the page below: https://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVDStruct&TVD=122372&CVD=122374&CPV=40&CST=01012011&CLV=1&MLV=4 |

Good day my ogas Please, I want to be strategic with this PR journey. I have MSc. and 3 years work experience in teaching (Noc code 41220). I also have a part time job that align with Noc code 82030 (I mostly follow my boss to supervise farms during land preparation and cultivation for farms we consult for) that has accumulated to a year plus experience. I'm mostly paid in cash. Please, I need a guide on how to position myself for the agricultural draws as I'm in a fix on how to prove my payments. I'm in the pool already with CRS 458 and I know this will reduce once I change my Noc code to 82030. Should I leave it or change it? I'm learning a tech course and also planning to learn French, anything to help me on this journey. Please advise Thank you. 1 Like 1 Share |

Hello House, My friend got ITA and submitted her application. about a month later she was rejected on the basis that her police report from another country isn't complete and it didn't pass the completeness check. We are hoping that she doesn't lose the ITA and can write a letter of reconsideration to appeal this decision(and adding the correct police documents as they stated in the rejection letter). Anyone has a format to writing letter of reconsideration? Or any general advise on what can be done to turn this decision in our favour. TIA |

Drdreluv: Was that the name on her passport? If so, it's still ok. She will submit her marriage certificate and can get a one and same person affidavit. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by aurorae1: 10:21am On Sep 03 |
Didibibi: Unfortunately, police report is one thing IRCC does not play with. I don't think a reconsideration will yield any fruits other than time wastage. I'll advise her re-enter the pool immediately for the next draw. As for PCC, it is possible to submit without one, you have to submit proof to that effect, see below: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how.html |

Hello great minds! I need your candid advise on way to go pls. This morning, I realized my initial NOC (72205) I got in the pool with isn't the correct one, I made an adjustment to NOC (22311) they both have close similarities however, I found out the 22311 best describe what I do currently. Immediately I updated it, my profile became ineligible. I currently have a refused visit visa (Home tie issue) under same account (which made me have an active biometrics). My initial EE profile got expired in July and I created another (which is now ineligible) on the same account and got back in the pool in August. My question now is that, can I create another account entirely while selecting the NOC 22311. Or get back in the pool with same account. |
