Light has improved in my area, it got so good that I filled 6kg gas last month n we are still using it now

It last that long cos we use hot plate every night now unlike before that we use gas for everything

Depends. Most of the time, we have 18 hours, sometimes 16 hours. Then there are the times when the feeder cracks, and we get no light at all.

But seriously, I don't believe the minister's comment that 40% of Nigerians get 20 hours of power. We got a long way to go.

Oh, the difference is huge. Hyrdoelectrictiy refers to the generation of electricity using water-based sources, typically by powering turbines using a dam. It's a potentially complex process. Now, gas, on the other hand, is fart - what Nigerians call mess. The proper name for this is natural gas. When enough Nigerians fart, which we do a lot, (trust me 200 million people farting up the place daily no be beans -- well, yes eating lots of beans can help). So as I was saying, this fart is collected by the federal government and compressed. I'm sure you have being hearing about the government's CNG conversion program. This CNG stands for compressed natural gas, or in simple terms, compressed fart. It is highly flammable and can be used to generated electricty.

Band A pricing is not reaonable, they would have made more money on BandB. Nigerians with their unreasonable excesses of extorting the masses.

They are being smart. Instead of FG subsidy to improve distribution infrastructure, it would seem they are using the Band A revenue for the needed improvement in the distribution infrastructure and then increasing the customers on Band A gradually as soon as a particular distribution zone is made ready. It’s a win win for all parties. The Discos, the FG and the customers.

I bought it ni ooooo. You have to go to their Office to apply for it.

The one I'm using at home, single face was bought two years ago, then it cost me 65k.

The one I'm using in my office is also single face which I bought around June this year on IBED portal for 88k before the price continue to increase.

Yes, in part of Ota . Ogun state, for over a month constant electricity above 20hours every day particularly for us in band A..
but sincerely the pay is high
