permit me to ask. did you send your physical documents to the embassy after the online application or you waited for it to be requested. i have submitted all mandatory documents but I keep getting a mail from the consular listing the mandatory required document. i am really confused at this point. i have gone over my application several times but cant seem to find where the problem could be. kindly assist. thank you

MsKay04:
Hello from Sao Paulo smiley

I've been here for a few days, and the weather is COLD. I guess I'll get used to it.

I got an airbnb but still on the look out for a decent accommodation (couldn't get a place for less than 3,600 Reais).

Brazil is a lovely place; at least the few places I have been to since my arrival.

Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by Ronke04(f): 2:27am On Oct 06
thank you. my travel date is next year. appreciate your response

belovedmimz:

Hello, it's usually at the end of the application.
If you're just applying now, it's assumed your travel date is later than November 1st 2024, so you're okay as is. The email only applies to those who have already submitted, awaiting decision and travel date is before November 1.

I got same this morning oh....by 1:00am.

Honestly, I am tired at this point too.. because why the unsolicited emails? Does it mean I missed something or what in my application?

I've gotten 2 different mails from the consulate in the last one week, both mail looks generic and not telling me anything specific to my application. Nothing missed out, in fact I'm a bit scared that I overpride more information and details than I should and my application is for Renewal of VIVIS.

Let's wait and see, maybe they have a new system or team.

Also I submitted my online application few days before sending my physical documents.

I pray for the best for all of us.

No, I waited for their email instruction asking me to send my documentation to the embassy.
You can't send documentation to the embassy without that email instruction which you also have to print out like a bar code on their appointment booking site. That bar code is very important.
