You can't registeter a new one. Go back to Imo and collect your PVC on the presentation of your TVC. If you lost it, you may be required to present certain documents. Thanks.

so my question is if i manage to collect it can i vote in another state or a different boot apart from the place i registered?

You can vote in that community Or village where you register.. Cos that's where ur name will alwayz be sent to.. Unless there's change in the system.

Thing is, you'll either travel back to Imo state to vote or you forget about 2015 elections. You cannot vote where you did not register, if the cops catch you there, they will term you a 'Trouble Maker' and detain you till 4pm
