Definition of God-fearing - used to describe religious people who try to obey the rules of their religion and to live in a way that is considered morally right.
This simply means a Muslim who marries four wives is God-fearing and most women won't tolerate that.
So I think God-fearing shouldn't be the word to use here.
Open-minded and honest is better.

But you are the one judging. You must have had experience with all the men to be able to conclude that there is no God fearing man. Your sweeping generalization and conclusion is amusing, very amusing.

Besides I am not judging you, but I know for sure that proper dressing is one of the characteristics of a God fearing woman, which you obviously lack of. Remove the string from your eyes, before pointing at someone else, hypocrite.

This is a very sensible thread. A lot of people have deceived or deluded themselves for long over a " God fearing " partner . I'll answer what it means now.

A God- fearing person is:

1. Not just a Church goer
2. Not just a Church worker
3. Not just a title bearer
4. Not just a gentle and morally sound person.

But ..

1. A person who loves God deeply that you can easily tell when he talks
2. A person whose words of encouragement is always backed up by scriptures
3. A person who doesn't feel shamed talking about God
4. A person who doesn't joke with sin
5. A person who doesn't hang around sinners or sinful places
6. A person who's friends too are godly
7. A person who will never ask you for sex before marriage
8. A person who tries all his best to avoid sin and feels terribly guilty when he falls into sin
9. Someone who loves to serve God, in fact a God-addict

However, you cannot properly assess a real Godfearing partner if you are not. You are likely to base your judgement on your own level of spirituality.

For instance, a lady who clubs and believes she is Godfearing, will tell you a guy who drinks and go to Church too is Godfearing.

What I'm saying is that, your judgment of a Godfearing partner is usually equal to your personal spiritual level.


Most ladies do not actually like the real Godfearing man, they call them "overspiri" and "boring"


I have counselled many ladies, they always want a good+bad guy, which is impossible.

What they do not know however is that, being a Godfearing man doesn't mean you can't be loving, caring, romantic, protective, good in bed, funny and spontaneous.

only way to know a God fearing man is through his lifestyle. first of all no nigerian woman wants a God fearing man because real God fearing men are content with the little they have. real God fearing men dont spend their life chasing money so real God fearing men will never be rich, just comfortable. see the problem here is women want demonic greedy men who chase money all their lives and are never content to be God fearing. its like expecting patience jonathan to speak impeccable english. its impossible. the number one virtue in a God fearing man is contentment. i am happy with the little God has blessed me with attitude. how many women are looking for this type of God fearing man which happens to be the only real and genuine God fearing man.

humble, honest, cool tempered prayer minded, abhor immorality,

they dislike
cheating, deception

they don't lust after money and women, they make their money in a legal means

And who says because a person is called a priest he is truly Godfearing? Its never in titles.

The problem is that most people think its difficult to find Godfearing people. And the reason is because they cannot imagine being Godfearing themselves. Its like saying there are very few virgins just because you are not.

What is moral and what is not. Morality and principles can never be enough!

What if my principle is to beat up my wife if she slaps me? What if I think it is morally sound to get a mistress because my wife can't give me a child? What is morally wrong in drinking, and smoking?

There are many things moralists believe is right, but are not scriptural and good for marriage
