the stats of all the players that passed to rooney is right there if you need it. unless you are telling us rooney is intercepting passes from his own team mates or duelling with his own team mates then you have failed woefully to defend why rooney lost 9 times while in possession of the ball. he attempted no shots throughout the game so what did he do with the ball?

Passes received = 50
Interception = 2 (both resulting in attempted passes)
Duels won = 7,(4 shot into the open, 3 attempted passes.)

Total ball received = 59
Less Dispossessed = 1
Less Panic clearance = 4
59-1-4 = 54 balls for passing.
Less 13 inaccurate passes = 41 completed passes.

* The above has nothing to do with dispossession which is a separate event of its own. Rooney had 1, Mata 2. Chikena!
