lol, you should be debating with your compatriots and web links of southafrican origin whose views are a sharp contrast to yours.

do not vent your frustrated hopes on me. 40% unemployment, 20% HIV/AIDS infection rate, large numbers without portable water and access to education. 85 murders in a day. multiply that with 365 lol.

I should arrest you for forgery and misrepresentation of facts. kleinfontein and Orania developed maybe , but your southafrica is backwater zoo of illiterate, savage scums of no inhibitions.

Every country has social ills, developed or undeveloped apart from the fact that in developed countries they are far better.

No country in Africa can ever match SA with the kind of infrastructure that they have. Large majority of SA have access to clean running water on their properties. We don't use boreholes like in the case of Nigeria, only in remote areas, somewhere in the villages where I don't know. Large majority of our people walk on tarred roads and use sewage in their townships across the country. The government built us free houses, something you can never have in Nigeria. We have excellent health care facilities, advanced industry and economy. So that qualifies us as NIC.

all my sources says the opposite. my sources are all domiciled in southafrica. the word NIC is still a slogan that hasnt gained general acceptance. Brazil, India, Southafrica are not 1st world end of story

south Africa is a third world country. as a matter of fact she is a living example of a third world country. all the indices pointing to under development is typical of southafrica eg, corruption, crime, sickness, poor data reliability, poor infrastructure. etc

now please do not assume I am unaware of some groups who used the word " industrialized" very loosely and in an inclusive term.

this group are just a lonely, irrelevant school of thought who aren't comfortable with the status quo. And they often seek the promotion and inclusion of pro gay countries through PR and unwarranted inclusions. There's no industry in southafrica that can't be found on some developing countries, neither is your standard of living or government efficiency out of the murky waters of a third world countries.

let us pardon China and Russia a little. any group that calls Brazil, India and southafrica developed, first world countries, is making a wishful proposition.
That group is merely seeking to create anew school of thought and a proposition of what wishful dreams and thinking should be.

below is an excerpt from the lips of a southafrican. althouth, it is still filled with self-praise and wishful thinking but enjoy the read : "Also the 40% unemployment, the 20% AIDS infection rate, the 62.18 deaths/1,000 live births infant mortality rate, the $10,700 (2003 est.) purchasing power parity (GDP per capita), although that isn't as bad as I thought it would be, say, compared to Afghanistan's $700 (2003 est.). (Statistics courtesy of the CIA World Factbook.)

South Africa is by far the most developed country in Africa, but it's still a third world country. It will be while we have people living without access to clean water, medical care or education. There's nothing shameful about being a third world country. We should celebrate our successes even more so given that we are a third world country."

Believe me the above comment from your fellow compatriot is sweet music compared to independent sources and findings of 2013/2014.

all the sources, I shall quote and reference will be in 2014. this will put you in your true light.

Do you even know that the source that one guy quoted from CIA World Factbook rates South Africa as a first world country. The world fact book had officially rated South Africa as a developed country long before SA could be rated as NIC by many authors and WB and IMF.

Please press the letter "Dee" to access the list of developed countries as determined by CIA.

Shekau is under no any pressure. If there is anyone who is under pressure then is Nigeria. The elections are nearing and you've already postponed them out of pressure. So, is under pressure, Shekau or Nigeria?

Nobody ever said SA is a developed country even though some other sources regard it as developed. SA is an NIC, meaning it has both features of developed and developing countries, thus it will be inaccurate to class SA as a third world and likewise it will be inaccurate to rate it as developed. However, the right terminology to use is "newly industrialised country" the status which many experts suggest that SA is just behind the door to be fully recognised as developed country. By the time the $400 billion invested to develop SA infrastructure is depleted, SA would have fully reached that status with modernised infrastructure.

His not under pressure yet.

If indeed he was he'd pull his fighter committed to the semi-conventional warfare side of things, and commit them to pure guerrilla and terrorist operations.

Your troops will soon be tied down to holding captured territory, the new regional force which is said to have 7000± troops will be too small for counter-terrorism or insurgency operations.

If indeed the force will operate in Nigeria, instead of being split into different task forces.

as much as abubakar shekau isnt a military commander,he is still very crafty and intelligent....it is too late to go back to guerilla tactics now, that would mean the concession of all the territories he and his bandwagon of psycopaths have managed to seize.if he tries to pull his resources back into the shadows, their could be mutiny in his ranks, many of his commanders and soldiers who have lost family and friends in fierce battles will resist all attempt to throw away their hard won gains.

that isnt pressure, the president is just trying to retain power through his craftily orchestrated political gimmicks.he has succeded in plotting a coup against the nigerian constitution, orchestrating it in such a way that their is nothing anyone can do about it,not even the ICC or or the UN.you cant call that pressure, its simply politics.

Shekau was shouting on CNN and ANN7 channel taunting the 7000 African army sent by ECOWAS to Nigeria. His insults were in Arabic "He said you kaffirs(black African infidels non believers in Islam) will die in our hands soon. In the name of Allah we will crush these kaffirs/infidels soon.

After that they hijacked a bus.
