PointB:
For the next Senate President I recommend Hope Uzodinma (Imo, PDP)

Forget party affiliation, what the country need is unity and peace for progress!
Interesting, so APC should be magnanimous in victory. Let's see how it goes because even in developed country it can't happen.

It was a miscalculation for the east to have voted out Ngige, i mean they ought to have gambled with him at the very least, sad.

The House of representatives should produce at least one APC member from the east, Imo i presume. whosoever becomes the speaker.

I support this provided there is an APC HOR winner from Imo.

1.President...Gen.Buhari_North
2.Vice President...Prof. Osinbajo_South
3. Senate President...Dr. Saraki_North
4.Speaker HOR...Vacant_South East(Imo) or South South(Edo)

gratiaeo:

Igbo will spearhead the opposition just like Yoruba did in the GEJ government. Stop worrying about Igbo. Yoruba are true definition of hypocrisy

Lol, blaming the yoruba make u sound like a daft. We profited nothing from jonathan's govt, none of our top politicians are among the 10 prominent office holders in Nigeria. Top PDP politicians in South west are broke ( they can't mobilize untill when jona started sharing dollars and debt dey ground) APC has given us the VP and its ours.
Forming an opposition against the Govt does not mean forming a rebel group. You form a strong oppostition base on idealogy, stragety, leaderhip, trust and determination and the only thing that the SE can produce out of this listed Is "determination" in case of ideology of the party
1: ideology; When chief Ojukwu founded APGA in 2003 the idea of it was to form a strong Ebeano party which will be strong in support of Ngigbo and the party 1st product of "Obi". After Obi's 8years as a gov he left the party to join the support of jonathan. I'm not against his support for jonathan but I'm against the fact that he left the shoes that Ojukwu left for him to follow jonathan ambitious. *he doesn't deserve your love" because I'm sure his involve in PDP rigging out APGA in the east

Strategy; you cannot not form a strong oppostition from just a region and you can't get the support of other regions when you still cry about the wound of Biafra.
Leadership:Tinubu's impact in the strength of AC, ACNand now APC can not be put aside. Rochas and Obi are suppose to lead the APGA train.

How much does an igbo man trust another igbo man. Nigerians can't forget UBA annd Ngige story. How much can you invest on any igbo man because his too intelligent to be truthful. He know the lies behind your investment and the God father is not going to get the reward for his investment.
So if I'm afraid any region in Nigeria it won't be the south East.

I have made it a duty to kick Ibo into a state of political awakening, whether they like or not. angry
Yes, thats what I said.....whether they like it or not they will see me on Ibo politics for next 4years.

First, my inlaws distanced from APC because according to them it was Awolowo party....only cow herders (referring to Fulani) and amala and ewedu (referring to Yoruba) people should be members.....it is below Ibo to belong in APC.

They failed to assess risks and calculate forward that in the event of a NW/SW win at the executive, the legislative will be a crucial base from which to protect SE interest.

Now we are looking to distribute power and everyone has a horse standing on the line and ready to carry the weight but guess whose horse is again positioned behind the wagon? angry Ibo people don fail me again!

When Ibo reps and senators...all PDP and in minority need help from other zones to defeat a bill, na who dem go ally with now? The cow herders or the amala eater?

Ibo suffer head version II is about to start....and its all self inflicted, courtesy of Ohanaeze!

I would prefer George Akume to Saraki

Akume joined the APC train around 2011 while Saraki joined just last year
APC also need to solidify their hold on Benue and Akume would be key

We need to squeeeze David Mark and any remnant of PDP out of the polity
What this election should have taught you is that the only thing that can keep APC as the ruling party is good works and not any so called politician. So what APC needs to solidify their hold on Benue is simply to bring tremendous growth and development to the area and not giving an individual position. You should have known this by now.

if the senate president is supposed to be igbo, why is it not by political appointment. Born to rule Hausa Fulani for president and a puppet slave Yoruba for Vice President, so why didn't you slave-master handpick a senate president as well?

President is from North West, Vice president is from South West so I think Bukola Saraki may take the Senate president based on his years of experience as senator and the fact that he is from North Central.
