@ Hafsat & Mummyjason, you don't necessarily have to chew the garlic cos the smell is horrible & people will continue making faces when you pass or come close to them.
What i discovered is that dicing the garlic into pieces, putting in a spoon & swallowing it with water immediately, does the magic! That's how I've been taking mine.
People will hardly know you took garlic except when you wee, use the loo, fart or belch, which you'll most likely only do within the comfort of your convinence. Simple !

As for Vjay own, only use nights that ur sure DH won't knock for the akpako o!

Before inserting use a needle to pass a thread through the garlic. Let the thread hang out and long. When you want to remove, use the thread to pull it out. You can double the thread or quadruple like when you want to attach a button.

@ Hafsat, you don't necessarily have to pass a thread (might be messy / tangle/ even further introduce infection).
Just peal the garlic, make some incision on the skin, wash your hand & insert over night. You wont feel the pepperish sensation.
When you want to remove in the morning, just stoop a little as if you want to wee, insert 2 clean fingers & remove. You can use the bigger seed of garlic for easy removal.

@Flakky, what was actually the unit of the first prolactin value, 146 what? If ng/mol, then its extremely high!
Have you done another hormonal assay since you started the bromergon to check if it was able to manage & crash the high prolactin? If you've not, pls do.
That should be your staring point now & if after this 2nd test you discover the bromergon didnt work for you (cos it doesn't work for everybody), you can ask your Dr to change you to dostinex.
But pls don't self medicate dostinex!

Serrapeptase is for unblocking blocked tubes, ACV+BSM is for shrinking cysts & fibroids.
