I am extremely sad today. I've been ttc for 3 months. Got married 3rd Oct, 2015 & my fertile period was 6th Oct. As per newly wedded we made love each day of the 6 fertile days. I was disappointed when I saw my period. I have a 28 days cycle & I ovulate on the 14th day. Today I did a pregnancy test using test strip & it showed negative. I was home last week & my mum asked if I was pregnant. I'm getting crazy & loosing my mind. I've gone through a lot in life that I don't think I have the strength to face this again. Pls I need encouragement & prayers.

Babe u are still in ur honeymoon,don't let anxiety set in.relax n pray. If u are 35 years n above pls see a doctor after 6 months of active trying but they u can start folic acid n prenatal vitamins n improve on your meal,cut out junks n sugary food. I pray this is the last period till the next 9months

@enatasha, please don't worry urself abeg cos you are still in your honeymoon period. Except if you have bn trying to get pregnant b4 now and evn @ dat I kw God will do it for you cos he is Jehovah overdo .
I read through you post and you said something about fibroid and 6 surgeries. In all keep calm cos God is still on the throne as for seeing your period, it is another chance to try again.

I opened my wedding gift 2days ago.
And I saw so many baby things inside.
I kept all in my bedroom and was even telling DH that we should change the arrangement of our bedroom to accommodate baby's bed.
We had both agreed on the arrangement and said to get the bed this holidays.
I pray my faith and the faith of other mans here would not be cut short in Jesus name.

@iomoge2 Yes Luth Clinic day for Fertility is on Tuesday. I was der last month tru d help of nurse Kaffy, met wit a doc and Afta all d questns wz asked to run sum tests and cum wit d result on my nxt appointment Wich is Dec. it's a bit stressful sha! it's well. FertilityBlessingTeam2016

You know stories you hear from ttc women & how their mother in-laws & society makes life unbearable for them. hubby isn't even bothered about preggy. He is a born again Christian. Just 2 months & people have started calling me to ask me "how far with preggy". Had 6 different surgeries, hernia, throat, head, forehead & nostril. Since gynae said no problem, then let me just wait on God.

@ enatasha, pls don't be sad. It's too early for u to be extremely sad. U are expected to still be basking in d euphoria of ur new status n new home. Meanwhile, if u are suspecting any issue, discuss ur fear with ur gynae earlier than later. Dnt worry all shall be well. D fibroid u mentioned, how big is it(size)? Solitary or multiple(how many is/are it/they)? Location? These are what usu determine weda fibroid wl affect fertility or not. But the truth is dat I've bn priviledged to meet people with multiple and huge-sized fibroids who still got preggy easily. That tells us that "With God all things are possible"

I joined this thread because I read Udoomama's testimony on the preggy thread and was touched.

I got married August 8, 2015 on 22nd of the same month I took in and still bumping by God's grace.
