I can say Daley Blind is one of the few squad members that deserve his pay this season. Consistently available for selection even if he features off position. Many people seem to forget this and berate his performances but truth is he deserves some rest. The team will be better positioned if three quarter of the squad were just as available this season.

We have seen games where we were supposed to go for the kill cause we had nothing to lose but players were still particular about losing the ball and just continued the useless possession game by passing sideways and backward.
