Ur pcv is ok at 38%. For my first i had a pcv of 36% and doc said it was ok for delivery. I never had any issue,tho i took ugu water almost everyday, it was 32% so i used 'poporo'(dnt knw d eng name o) and it increased to 36% for delivery.
This time around, the first i did was 33% no ugwu nothing o o. Complained to doc and he gav me ferrous to add 2 my pregnacare, my pcv moved up to 37% and dats wat am maintaining till delivery.

Learnt a new one. Cold milk for heartburn. Got it. Thanks Godmother. I have been doing the opposite.

Mamas taking pregnacare pls ensure you add a tab of ferrous. Cos what is in pregnacare alone isn't sufficient.
The people taking normal routine drugs from the hospital take ferrous twice daily....at least that's what my hospital prescribes.

I think the no tears bath foam is responsible for the price difference. Those 4things cost me 6500. I bought soap instead. Didn't know the have baby wash oò. Would have bought that cos am sure it would last longer than this soap. Please how much specifically did you buy the baby wash so I can include it in my next shopping?

the bar soap last long, only thing is it has soap while the bath foam is soap free and doesn't hurt the eyes. I use both, though alternately.

She says I may be one of the unlucky few who experience preg sickness for the whole nine months and then gave me tips on how to cope with them. Here's what she said. For

Don't be pressured into that massage meme abeg! Better safe than sorry. If you can turn your phone off please do but let hubby know. You can still tell your mum an outright no but keep dodging your MIL till you have the baby!

Don't go joor my mum too hammered it on me, saying they will help me set baby very well this and that! I showed her my scan result which says baby was head down and OK! Still she says it will make me feel better, get the blood moving! I told her MBA! I'm not going. Try your best to avoid them dragging you dia(they mean well sha but that's so old skool ) tell them doctor says your body is delicate and you should avoid any thing that might push pressure on your lo mbok.

Try and raise your Pcv to 36% before delivery eat plenty steamed veggies and iron supplement.

I'm trying not to rush to hospital as the pain isnt regular like earlier on... But few mins ago, i had this pain down in my vg* for like a min and off it went.

In other news, what im having now is like menstrual cramp a bit far apart and bearable.

I no want make i reach hospital finish, make dem come send me back.

BTW, dh was jokingly telling me two days ago when i told him to beg LO to come out that he said friday or saturday. Imagine! Witchcraft.... He even said few mins ago that he said overnight..... Lol,

If you are carrying multiples, yes. If not you don't need to.
Besides the folic acid was most important in the first formative weeks of pregnancy. At this point our LOs are just gathering weight.

Hian, N100k bi ti bawo. I 'fitnt', my daughter uses normal GL earrings. My husband once spoke about buying her small gold ones (less than 20k) but I advised against it for now, she's still young (clocked 3 in may) what if someone just takes them off her one day. Not everybody dey spend that kind money o.
