The teachers didn't even knw that their deductions weren't remitted into the cooperative acct because the leaders of the cooperative agreed for the govt to borrow it..the teachers were getting their normal salary (minus deductions) until loan requests piled up and the society cldnt meet them... That was only when the cooperative society opened up...

Now, he did paid them three months ago and promised to pay the rest before the yr runs out...how is thr local govt election a problem to them that they had to go on strike? Is he owing them any salary? Or is he paying half salary? Deduction is even like 20% of the whole salary- how is d rest, a half salary?

And whenever loan request pile, the govt pay the society some money from the owed deduction so that loans cld be assessed.

Why Nigerians feel the same woman who approved and gave her consent to these projects can help the Nigerian economy is beyond me.

The arrongancy of Amosun must be controlled by the oppositions, lest Ogun state will suffer for a very long period.

My point is made, everyone earmarked how much is to be deducted from his account. No one put a particular amount. Deductions are 20% unless you signed otherwise for a spacial savings. We are taking of ONWARD teacher's cooperative here and I knw exactly what I am talking abt.

If u sign up for special savings as deduction and it amounts to half ur salary, does it mean everyone collects half salary? What abt those who didn't sign up for the deductions, are they collecting half too?
