ahdebayo:Hi doc. I am a physiotherapist. Been looking for someone in the medical field to work on my application with. Can I send you a pm |
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by bellong: 9:52pm On Nov 05, 2016 |
princessayinke: Physiotherapy board is different from the medical board. There is no point collaborating. Visit the physiotherapy board website for further information. I think the process for physiotherapist is not as cumbersome as those in Medicine. |

For those who have to write statement of commitment for State's nomination, I have attached a sample written for a friend. You can use the template to write yours and add to the reasons as need be. Goodluck 9 Likes |

Sad but thanks . I appreciate With VETASSES, to get positive assessment you need at least one year experience which you don't have. Aside that, no state is sponsoring that occupation except South Australia and it is on the special conditions list meaning that you must hat least 80points to be invited.[/quote] |

Hello House, Just a quick clarification as I’m in the process of submitting my EA application. I’ve reference letters signed and stamped from all the three companies I’ve worked (all written using EA guidelines). Do I still need to upload pay slips and bank statements in support. |
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by Rett0: 3:49pm On Nov 07, 2016 |
OzyMigrant: Yes, you do. You also have to submit tax clearance or RSA pension. |
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by OzyMigrant: 4:01pm On Nov 07, 2016 |
Rett0: Thanks Just am confused as all those were not mentioned in the MSA Booklet. Plus there are no specific spaces created to upload them in the portal. |

D reference letters r sufficient. Only oda thing is payslips. Tax certs not necessary. D booklet is clear on what you should provide. I submitted reference letter and payslips only and I had no issues with EA. OzyMigrant: 1 Like |

sammywemmy: The booklet states 'AND' AND Documents issued by the related government agency or any other organisation not related to your employer, such as: Social Security/Social Insurance Report OR Income Tax (Acknowledgment)/Payroll Tax report OR Superfund Contribution Statement OR Provident Fund Statement/Retirement contribution reports OR Work permit NOTE: Company name must be stated on each document. Superfund= RSA pension. You might have sailed through without it but I would advice he provides them since it's a requirement. |

OzyMigrant: They were mentioned. Look below the table for 'AND' ND Documents issued by the related government agency or any other organisation not related to your employer, such as: Social Security/Social Insurance Report OR Income Tax (Acknowledgment)/Payroll Tax report OR Superfund Contribution Statement OR Provident Fund Statement/Retirement contribution reports OR Work permit NOTE: Company name must be stated on each document. |

@Zanyzara, Few people responded to your query but you chose not to acknowledge or respond to any. It is not courteous. Your response will help give further advice or information. Nevertheless, contact EA, ask for which class of occupation will a mechanical engineering associate fall into. I can't see any occupation for a mechanical engineering associate. In addition, was your bachelor assessed to be equal to AQF Bachelors degree? If yes, irrespective of the occupation you are given, you can claim full point from qualification. I hope you respond to this. 1 Like |

uzoexcel: Your question is ambiguous. Everybody has a reason for relocation, individual differs on why he/she chose to relocate, so streamlining experience into one sentence will not answer your question. First, identify why you want to move. Some moved because they want to live in a sane environment, some for personal health, some to escape family drama and issues while majority relocated for economic prosperity. In saying the above, your reason for relocation will determine whether the move worth it or not. However, irrespective of the reasons that initiated your relocation, you will definitely find what you are looking for in the long run. If you are moving for economic prosperity, I wouldn't say you will get a job immediately you arrive but no matter what you will get something reasonable doing within the first six months "worst" case scenario. It is why the government advised that migrants bring enough resources for the first six months. It doesn't mean you can't get a job immediately. South Australia has the highest rate of unemployment despite the statistics, I know people who got something doing within three weeks of arrival. No two people are the same, there are individual circumstances such as your employable skills, good resume, transferable skills, good cover letter and interview performance not forgetting networking which can land you a job faster than any other process. In summary, understand why you are relocating so you will be able to measure if your dreams or expectations have been met. Then have a realistic expectations of what to get. The system is relatively fair to all except you are extremely ignorant. Be conversant with your work conditions and speak up against your employer if your rights are being trampled on or if you are being denied. No one has the right to bully you at work, if you are being bullied or discriminated against, you have the luxury of escalating it to the Work, Health and Safety (WHS) body in your state to mediate. This is without any repercussions against you. For my own reasons, expectations are being met and for everyone in this country, things can only get better. 15 Likes |

@ozzymigrant and @rett0, u really do not need these documents. Just upload your reference letters and payslips. If EA asks for more, then u can look for tax certificates.from my experience, u do not need dese docs. EA no dey stress.apply first. Hustle d rest, if they ask. Rett0: |
