Granted that there will be a reset of all occupations eligible for the 189 visa from July 1, is there any need to leave EOIs already submitted before the ceilings were reached or will they have to be resubmitted on/after July 1? |

Denny2017:My payslips were signed by my company accountant but not stamped. All the best in ur assessment. |

SallyAUS:to add to what metrecube said, I would advise that you assess construction project manager instead of project builder becos with construction project manager, you can apply for either d 189 n 190 subclasses, or even d regional but with project builder u r only restricted to visa 189! I am currently facing ds problem I initially got assessed as a project builder and put in my EOI for 190 but after the skilled list was revised, d occupation was removed from d state list, I now hv to reassess as a construction project manager as I only hv 55 points and I m relying on d state nomination |

chookudi: Leave EOI... It's a queue system based on points claimed and date claimed (Date of Effect). |

jorgan: Thank you.. also I don't know your english score and if you wrote PTE.. but with a high PTE score you can gain an extra 10 points, and you get the results within 5 working days. Sometimes the very next day if you are lucky. |

metrecube:Thanks very much for your responses. Please don't be offended, I still have few questions. 1) Was your reference letter addressed to the assessing organization or to whom it may concern? 2) In my previous job, most of my salaries were not paid via bank and the ones paid through account, there was no indication of the company's name. Please should I do? Will Reference letter, offer letter and few payslips be OK? Please can you forward me a sample of reference letter. Thanks 1 Like |

UzorSteve: No worries. If you can, lol, don't bother checking until about 30 to 33 days from submitted date. Checked almost everyday. Mine went from "queued for assessment" to "assessment complete". Just received a mail and logged in to check. |

Alphadoor: Got my positive assessment a few days ago. Submitted my EOI immediately but I was forced to ditch it for a new EOI......long story New EOI submitted with DOE 2/5/2017. Do I contact DIBP to remove previous EOI (locked already)? Same info both EOI but lost access to first one ( I know.......I goofed) Smh for myself. |
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by Alphadoor: 8:39pm On May 01, 2017 |
Omooloriredade: There is option to reset password? If u can't remember your EOI ID, it can be found in your inbox. Just search for skill select? Am not sure DIBP can delete your account. If the first EOI gets ITA, am not sure the second one will get for same visa type. I think you should work harder on retrieving the first EOI. You can DM me for further perusal. ...... I maybe over thinking Sha... 1 Like |

Alphadoor: Like I posted, it's a long story. Didn't realise I had made some attempt before leaving to attend to some other issue. I crossed the attempt threshold (5) leading to the locked EOI. I did some digging. I read the FAQ. I have to create another EOI if password reset and browser switch is not successful. I have mailed the tech team to remove the previous EOI from skillselect. They don't unlock, reset or provide answers to security questions (from FAQ) Thanks anyway.......well appreciated 1 Like |

Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by oknee: 7:42am On May 02, 2017 |
moscow30:You will do additional tests and if still positive, will have to go for treatment. They won't refuse your visa because of that. Hope you declare it if you had it in the past because it will always be noticed in xray. |

Nanlop55:Im not sure they were contacted. My superiors would have told me if they were. Vetassess uses website to do background check on companies. If your company has functional website, they will check it to know what d coy is all about. If they get what they want they wont contact ur employer. |

Please for those that have done EA assesment The projects I used in my career episodes are from my internship (after graduation) and full-time employment with my present place of work. For the full-time employment, I have all documentary evidence such as bank payslips, employment letter, tax records e.t.c. However, for the internship period, I only have the letter of employment (signed and stamped) from the company, since it was kind of "free" as I was there to learn at the time before the employment opportunity opened up. can I go on with the Assessment with these documents? |
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by incemay: 7:23pm On May 02, 2017 |
kMan2204: You don't need to provide documents for internship or voluntary work. I did same I just showed that period on my CV as internship and also stated it in my CPD. EA never asked for documents for that particularly CE |
