First, from Shagari (who once confessed that he never wanted to be president) who seriously messed up the economy from 1979 to 1983.

Second, from GEJ (who just like Shagari, found himself in government on a platter of gold).

It is no coincidence that Buhari was president in two major recessions witnessed in Nigeria. It only showed how terrible his predecessors were in both cases.
