Austinpee4: You clearly not reading the guy well. He said an agent assisted him and used an employer A that is not his real employer as his sponsor and that application was eventually denied. He said he want to now use his real sponsor, that he is done with agents. You advised that he continue to use previous employer as his real employer, while using his new sponsorship. That is misrepresentation. 1 Like |

justwise:No, he didn't. It was only stated that I work in a certain company...But now I want to use my real employment details and my dad's. To be sincere, I knew about this whole plan, but I never knew the consequences could be this disastrous. |

Ericsunday619: Great chance if you play all your cards right. Come clean and declare that you were denied a USA student visa, don't try to hide it cos they will discover in US database. After declaring, present your admission letter, financial evidence of ability to foot your educational bills and write an essay why you chose Canada, why you can't do nursing in Nigeria. And explain why you think you will come back to Nigeria and present evidence, land, asset, family, etc. Good luck! 1 Like |

justwise: True he did that to himself, but the agent may have coerced or entrapped him. Even real criminals are set free if it can be shown that a police entrapped them into doing a crime so they can catch them. Entrapped like encouraging a person. |

jnyuwa02:Oga, calm down. Don't always take things out of context. I didn't advise what you just mentioned. I only said that he can be an employer and not a sponsor which is the issue on ground. The moniker case was him wanting to use his Dad's statement of account and his own statement of account in the reapplication which automatically would mean a different sponsorship. He feared the contradictions in the declaration already made by sponsor as being both sponsor and employee as he claimed. Change of sponsorship was my focal points and not what you are understanding. Go and read my responses again. Don't be fun of putting things in a different perspective to make your points. Let's together look at the subject matter first before giving other additional advise and not the other way round. Biko, don't quote me again. I'm sure the moniker knows the best course of action to take regarding his case. Happy independence day and happy new month! 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Austinpee4: 2:44pm On Oct 01, 2017 |
justwise:Hmmm.. Like you already know, it is not typical of my responses to support frivolous acts. The case was using a different sponsor. My response was on that premise and an example of having same employer and using a different sponsor other than the previous sponsor who happened to be the employer. This is what i advised and not regarding his pending misrepresention which obviously he didn't give full details in his submission as well as his indulgence. I couldn't have advised an act of misrepresentation, certainly not me. |

justwise:True they say 'a prophet is not honoured in his town ' A friend once told me to go with my employment history and my dad's. My dad had 5 million him is account why I have 2million from saving part of my salary. I personally told the agent to use our bank statement, he told me that the money won't be enough, he said he will use somebody else's bank statement that 'IT DOESN'T MATTER ' I believed him because I thought he had been in the business for long. It's really a long story my gurus. I told my agent that a friend of mine told me once my bank statement is able to cover first year tuition and living expenses that I'm good to apply, but he said no that is not true. I kept on believeing him while disregarding my friend's advice because in my mind I said ' He can never know much about applying for visa' . My candid advice to those having the thought of applying through an agent is this please disregard that thought and DO IT YOURSELF, if along the application process you are having some doubt you can always come here to ask questions from this forum I believe our Gurus here will gladly help. Thanks and remain blessed. |

I researched some schools like St. Mary's, UOIT, UPEI and they offer IT related courses. Is it possible to study for BSc in a Canadian Uni as a graduate here? I haven't applied to any. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Christopher100: 8:45pm On Oct 01, 2017 |
What could be the cost in Canadian Dollar cos dollar is increasing on daily basis. 55, 470 Nairas if you don't make a mistake on your form. But please take 57280 Nairas incase you make a mistake on your form and VFS needs to correct it. They correct the mistake using their computer. That self service form printed from their computer is an additional 1810 Nairas. A ripp off cos that extra form is simply an additional page taken from study permit application online.[/quote] |

oga...calm down. ..you know people are too in a hurry to destruction...an agent presented misrepresentation to him n he accepted in good faith...He quoted saying he was aware of all steps taking in the application...representation form was available to fill alongside his app..but he ignored...leave agents alone thatz there bizness..good agents r out dere...good agents out dere will spell it out to you outright implications of using fake documents...and they won't even try to assist because it is against there ethics...so whoever uses an agent n gets an advice of misrepresentation or assistance should face the consequences...so nobody entrapped anybody...of coz itz normal agents need to pay rent..pay there staff above all make profit...so if you no shine eye..or accept misrepresentation becoz you need to submit your application sharp sharp...you will face the outcome n the so called agent won't be held for anything becoz u didn't feel the form that shows the agent responsible for your application... jnyuwa02: 1 Like |

use your real company as employment...you gat a good employment status...6 years in the civil service and your dad as sponsor...you are good to go...I bet you your application will be approved..avoid using that agent...it's obvious they knew you'll be denied but they went ahead because of there service fee...order your gcms note if it states misrepresentation...appeal on ur sop other than that ignore n just go ahead with ur updated employment n sponsor...Please for newbies if you notice an agent advice or suggest misrepresentation of any kind run...you should know you gat a very slim chance of your application getting approved...year to year cic updates there method of tackling misrepresentation of any kind. ...If someone tells you it worked for his brother 2015...This is 2017 misrepresentation update very strong to crack or hack so try use real document no use any shortcut coz it will backfire..God bless johnsonm2g: 3 Likes |
