More important to urgently remove the stigma attached to being a rape victim. Instead being a rapist should be seen as seriously abominable, not just a cavalier offence. AND boys, men, parents and society should know it and train kids right from primary school that way.

There should also be stiff punishment for false accusation. Where a woman deliberately twists the story as a revenge. Such as if subsequent phone chat records show that it was consensual.

But first we need a justice system fit for purpose to make it work.
