To he honest, Gernot Rohr is kinda not a better Tactician than Samson Siasia. We are rating him higher because of his Skin Color - cos he has given his all at the Mundial.

Left for me he's a Goner already. But I hope he's retained cos he's building a good Project for the Future of our National Team(s).

He's helping us to fish out the hidden Talents across the World, especially the FB, coz it would be kind hard for the Indigenous Coaches to win them over!

However, if at all Rohr is gonna stay as the Super Eagle Coach, then I hope a tactical Magician is employed to support him instead of Salisu Yusuf.

Tomori not good enough not better than Aina.

I dont derive any joy in insulting you but please stop pushing me. Skip my post(s) whenever u wanna say any crazy thing.

Did u read me discard Aina? I wrote that only an insane coach would drop Aina but even at that, I would like to captie Tomori, then send him (Tomori) to our U23 team.

That stuff u dropped up there, what correlation does it have with my proposition?

Tell them brother

Iheanacho is the most over-hyped player on this thread

Second to none.

If he doesn't prove himself this coming season, then I'm afraid his downward spiral may only continue

Football is a short term profession with a very short memory.

How much do you think he is worth now, he is now no longer even considered a striker.

That's not progression.

The Way Iheanacho is hyped on this our darling Thread...... you would think he's the next Revelation in the World of Football. Hybrid of Messi and Ronaldo, lethal in the Box, perfect off Ball Movements and so on.

It's easier to figure out on the Pitch the real Talent - and that's exactly what Mbappe is. Even as it stands at the Moment, Iheanacho can not lace the Boots of Ahmed Musa. We should start comparing him with his Mates like - Junior Lokosa, Okputu, Junior Ajayi and Co.

For once in a long time, Nacho should do the right thing and push for a reunion with Pellegrini. Pellegrini's football fits Nacho's direct off the ball style and will bring the best in him. His managers for once should shun the urge for monetary rewards and push the young man's career.

Finito.
Good point you made there bro, if iheanacho can reconnect with his former boss, I think that will be the best thing to happen to him. He’s becoming more average these days

I know him well Tega Onomah, another Warri pikin.

If to say Amaju go hear word then I would have had at least 6/7 of the Nigerian origin players in the SE set up.

Adarabioyo not good enough.

He is surrounded by quality players that defend as they attack.

He has not really smelled the first team in any meaningful game.

Watch him when he goes on loan if any better club will have him.

This same Adabioyo was reason I called on captying Tomori. Since both are not up to scratch yet, I would go for the one leaning towards us (Tomori) to captie him before thinking of Adarabioyo who doesnt seem interested in the idea. Aina was never in the context.

How do you measure abundant talent by world standards or Alaba market standard.

So tell me the abundant talents and clubs they play for please

It was on this thread the larger majority concluded that KC was better than Mbappe. Thar he was a world class talent.

So tell me the talents please.

Haba don't kick people while they are down, that is very low. Nobody has ever said Iheanacho is world class at least I can vouch for that much. We had the argument about Mbappe and we basically shutdown after watching him in the champions league with Monaco. If u are saying Iheanacho is not talented then u are being overly biased and sentimental.

You know they need International Appearances to boost their Career, hence Super Eagles is gonna be handy! (Sarcasm).

I'll select the 23-man squad from this pool of players.

GOALKEEPERS
Francis Uzoho
David Nwokolor
Akpan Udoh
Dele Alampasu
Maduka Okoye

Doesn't make sense to have a 19yr old No 1 goalie and have backups in their late 20's and early 30's.

DEFENDERS
William Tróost-Ekóng
Leon Balogun
Chidozie Awaziem
Kenneth Omeruo
Olamilekan Adeleye
Tyrone Ebuehi
Musa Mohammed
Ebube Duru
Ikouwem Udoh
*Dominic Iorfa Jr
*Moses Odubajo
Deji Ousman Beyreuther

Notable absentees are Bryan Idowu and Ola Aina.

In my opinion, Ola Aina is not good enough. Bryan Idowu gets dropped cos of my preference for naturally left footed players as left back which is covered by Ebube Duru, Ikouwem Udoh and Deji Ousman Beyreuther.

MIDFIELDERS
John Mikel Obi
Wilfred Ndidi
Oghenekaro Etebo
Alex Iwobi
Kelechi Nwakali
John Ogu
Uche Agbo
Okechukwu Azubuike
Anderson Esiti
Tosin Kehinde

Dropped are Joel Obi and Oganyi Onazi

ATTACKERS
Paul Onuachu
Ahmed Musa
Moses Simon
Samuel Kalu
Taiwo Awoniyi
Henry Onyekuru
Sadiq Umar
Cyriel Dessers
Junior Lokosa
Victor Moses
Noah Sanreren Bazee
Isaac Success
Victor Osimhen
Kayode Olanrewaju

Dropped are Ighalo, Iheanacho and Simmy Nwankwo. Not good enough for me.

My eyes is on that Nigerian - Brazilian goalkeeper, he should be added on the list.

Who is Olamilekan-adeleye? Where does he play?

If you really watched the match against Argentina, you will respect Idowu for what he did on his wing to the extent Messi had to run away from that wing.

He's a very good player and with time he will gain experience and confidence to add attack to his game.

We still need him.

Ola Aina is equally a good RB. You don't know now because you only focused on the penalty he caused against Congo. I can tell you he is more attack minded than Ebuehi.

We still need him.

I don't agree Onazi and Joel Obi should be dropped because prior to the world Cup many fans wanted Etebo dropped but we know what's up now.

I will add Abdul Ajagun, Philip, Raheem Lawal, Tega Onomah, Ebere Eze, and Mikel Agu to the list.

In the attack, we just need to keep it open because their performance should speak for them.

Ademola-lookman should be our main target in the attack. He's going to be a big player. Nnechemi should also be targeted too. Peter Olayinka should be on the list because he was our best player in the Belgium pro league last season.

The draws were made since late last year and you never mentioned a single word about they being semi-professionals. I am sure you even tipped them to beat Nigeria.

To you any team Nigeria beats are a piss team.

Talking about parking buses, every team has a strategy that works for them. After all defending is also part of the game.

I am sure if Nigeria had won this World Cup you would have called other nations that took part semi-professionals.

You're throwing your toys out of the pram by making these baseless allegations. If I challenge you to show me where I said that Iceland will beat Nigeria you will start dilly dalying.
The fact of the matter is that you trying to pass Nigeria as the second best African side based on the evidence that they defeated Island is a bad sales pitch man. When they played real footballers, they were pants.
My apologies for not mincing words.

Croatia scored their highest number of goals in the group against Argentina, which was 3

I won't be surprised if the Nwakalis and the rest aren't invited to this stagnant Gernot Rohr AKA white onigbinde team.

It’s understandable, Rohr is a German coach. He would rate players in the Bundesliga higher. Call it bias if u want.

So why do u think Pinnick seemed to only single out Tammy? If not for Mikel’s relationship with Aina, he won’t have got a look in that early.
