During Jonathan's administration, almost 300 girls were kidnapped and only a few were gotten back by the then government.

Contrast that with Leah Sharibu and her colleagues where about 150 were kidnapped and 144 released and only one , Leah still with them.

I am apolitical and not even a fan of Buhari but we must say it as it is.

Also, sending the army in to free the girl is easier said than done. The soldiers sent are humans too. Also, locating her whereabouts won't be easy and even if found, the loss of lives of many Boko Haram captives will be heavy.
