You are right to also blame the person that took the picture. But at the same time, one has to be careful because if one tries to extend kind gesture to some people, they will count it as insult, one never can tell the extent they can go. The person that recorded it may be handicapped, he may be thinking of the aftermath of his action so it's better he stay calm. Those couples might see it as insult and can do anything. Well it depends on the scene.

The one that took d picture was busy for social media brouhaha... If I was opportune to be there, I would have shamed d misfortune family even if l left only wit my tfare, I would rather trekk home dan to leave d poor girl in such a dilapidated mood.
