Do you mean one can tranfer his sevis fee from one school to another upon decision to not to attend the ealier school?

Here is the response I came up with:
My current application is across various domains as it combines not just science and technology management but emhasized engineering which address more of my professional problems.
This application is more broad,opens me to different challenges as compared to the a more specific and narrower previous..

I got same error message, I put a call through to the Admission office and I was advised to send in my GRE scores and Transcript. After a while, they confirmed that they have received those documents and my status changed to : awaiting dept decison

EIU doesn't even offer the course I opted for in TAMUK.
On ranking TAMUK is better in EIU in respect of my specialty....
College choice.net rank TAMUK has 17th nationally in the best college for MS in Electrical Engineeeing.
US news and world report rank the engineering programmes in top 50.
Also Forbes magazine list of best American colleges rank TAMUK in the top 20%.
I changed course because the current cuts across different domains and as a result I can solve more problems in my profession.
The current focused on Engineering,science and it is also technology management based...
