Hi all,

Please for those that have submitted their passports recently at the VFS in Lagos, what is the current processing time and process to expect. Kind of new on this thread and your response will be much appreciated.

Thanks

I am doing well. Thank you.
Please ma, I want to start my PR journey, I've gotten loads of info from here and I did the eligibility test, I'm eligible but I have an issue with Pof. What my fiance and myself can pull together is about half of what is required and since we're been discreet about our plans, we don't really have anyone to ask for help. Do you have any advice or suggestion for me please? I'll like to start the process by October.

Start the process now, don't wait till October or whatever. As to POF, a closed mouth is a closed destiny. Start identifying friends and family members you guys can seek help from and try to approach everyone of them at the right time when your application is set rolling.

Truth is, you never know who will come through for you until you ask.

More importantly, believe in God who makes everything beautiful in His time.

You and your fiance may get new streams of income or help may arise in an unprecedented way.

I would advise you start now. Why wait till October if you can start now?

We want to get married first, so we can use the certificate when applying. Hence the wait till October.
Thanks a lot.

You don't have to wait till you get married actually. Have you done IELTS? ECA? What is your CRS? Do you know that you can add your spouse post AOR if you get married post-AOR?

You may have to open up to a few trusted family members.
In the meantime, both of you should start your ECA, since you have time, I recommend IQAS (it's the cheapest)
Then close to that October, you both should write exams

Good day guys, please I need a little clarification

My school claimed they sent my transcript to ICES about 2wks ago and that I was in copy, I finally got the mail on Saturday but I noticed they didn't include my ICES number in the subject or body of the mail so I responded on the same mail to ICES with my number, ICES responded to my mail yesterday that they are yet to receive the mail.

My question is, is it possible? Since it was the same mail my school sent to them I received, I was only in copy.

Anyone had a similar experience?

Lol You're on the Evaluator's queue and it will complete the 14 weeks after AOR before it gets completed.

No hope it can be shorter? Shd av endured WES WAEC wahala and gone with them

[Okay thanks so much for your reply. But how can I mail Ralph? Where can i get the email?]

My dear. It's the standard response given. They have a standard template for both CSE's and VO's. Best bet is either call ÇIC or mail Ralph since you are 7 months Post AOR. [/quote]

It's possible the email got lost in transition or maybe the personnel at ICES somehow missed your school's email, junk folder and whatnot. Send ICES' reply to your school to inform them that ICES did not receive their email. Or just get your school to resend the email (including your ICES number this time).

Hi Guys

Please does anyone have an idea if COREN is been evaluated positively by WES and if it can be used to get additional points?

Your reply is very much expected and appreciated

Thanks

I don't know about any study center, I did self study.

How can I get a study centre and study materials for it? The one I saw is in Jos, Plateau State.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by loise19: 3:47pm On Mar 26, 2019
WES is not that fast again o
All my documents were acknowledged as received since Feb 20 and they are yet to send for verification till now. I have sent messages via Twitter, email, and called twice. Still praying and hoping for an update. Meanwhile the 20days timeline has not started counting.

akintunde63:

I was a strong advocate of ICES, but now I'll suggest WES because of speed, the only issue is the WAEC palava and verification issue

Unfortunately, no. Launch this page and search the word, "COREN" or see the post by @Garykasparov.

They receive quite a number of apllications and mails, it will be difficult to trace anyone without they client number
