It doesn't really follow this pattern. Every application has its peculiarity. A significant number of people get PPR in 60-70days.
Are we going to say Nos 2 & 3 are not applicable to them?

A lot more people wait over 70days to get PPR than the ones who get it in 70days or less. I believe he was just giving a general timeline based on trends and yes like we all know, no two applications are the same.

Good evening, can anyone please share any other number to call IRCC on? I have been trying on the +16139444000 and I have not been able to speak to any agent. Please help.

Hello Guys, Good Afternoon, I’m almost 5 months post AOR, VO- Ottawa & After Biometrics, there’s been no change at all on my online profile, so I called IRCC and the lady said criminality, security checks & background checks are in progress that they’ll probably get to me before May, but it may take longer does it mean they haven’t started with my file?

@ladyBR here's your answer.

You've got nothing to lose by trying. Ignore the 6months timeline ish.

Jennypharb1:

PPR should be close, you can just ask them what the updates are about. tell them you saw that your application/profile had been updated but when you checked you didn't see any update and you'd like to know. If they give you the general response, wait small and send another one, highest them go vex and send you PPR

They acknowledged receipt of mine on 5th Feb, since then it has been "being checked by ICES". I don't even know what they are checking, something that they should be able complete within a day. They wait is killing me, i check my ICES profile almost every other day, believing a miracle will happen
I know right! We remain optimistic! Slowly but surely! smiley smiley

Yes it can. WES evaluates it as equivalent to a 3-year Canadian Bachelor's degree.

Pascal88:
I have a CIPM certificate, can it serve as a second degree with my Bsc inclusive? Kindly respond plz.

I applied to my sch early this month and haven't followed up, only for me to check my profile this evening to that it moved to "being checked by ICES"
Is it normal? I did not get a mail not notification from either of ICES and sch or DHL about where the package is at any moment. Is this normal?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by chicyclass(f): 8:37pm On Mar 26, 2019
That's what it is.
It is not listed as a professional degree.

Phaytie:
Pls, which body will give the ECA for optometrist. Medicine and pharmacy assessment is done by their repective councils in Canada.
And WES only evaluates degree as 4years bachelor degree, which it is not. So which body evaluates optometry degree as a masters degree equivalent, which it is.

Pls, I really need help and answers.
I was considering IQAS.

It doesn't affect anything as people have used highlighter pens and have got their PPRs. It's actually normal.

1. Yes.
2. No. I took one paper at a time.
3. You get additional points with two or more certificates than B.sc. with the additional certificate, my Crs score increased by 33 points.
4. Your course of study doesn't matter. If only you will be able to study and comprehend the syllabus, you can sit for the exams.

Thanks for the response. Much appreciated
