Dr Manhattan is currently destroying the universe abi multiverse by simply not allowing Alan Scott to be the first green lantern.

Crisis on infinite Earth destroyed the entire multiverse and is also one of the best comics in history

He is just like the joker but more compassionate. After all he loves to torture Superman not because of hate but for fun.
