I'm telling you there's no difference in tactics. He's playing the same thing. The fact that we played attacking football so well in the first few games shows how easy it is to change from defensive to attacking play.. Those players complained that they were fed up with mourinho's defensive game. You think they love sitting back abi.. It's the manager's instruction.
Don't you see the difference between what Ole was saying initially and what's happening on the pitch. The baba was saying things like we're United we play attacking football no matter the opponents. This guy praised the players and said we should be playing real attacking football with that squad.. Now we're defending against a Watford at home.
Let me ask you what kind of tatics does Ole use except from what he's in saying interviews??
You only say Ole plays attacking football based on what he says but you guys don't even know if he really truly plays attacking football or he's saying what you guys want to hear.

Our defensive output this season has been atrocious tbh.. But I won't pin it on the defenders and DDG alone..

We have 4 players on 10+ goals but we are 4th in total goals scored and none of our attackers even have up to 15 league goals in April.

U guys need to relax. All this talk of defensive football and comparing OGS football to Special Fraud football is grossly exaggerated.

U guys need to go and watch Barca, City and Liverpool. Watch how their forwards constantly bomb forward trying to get in behind while being supported by overlapping full backs. Plus their midfielders also know how to hold the ball without giving away unnecessary passes and putting the defensive line under pressure.

Watch these teams and then compare them to United where our full backs rarely support the attack. Where our DM, Matic constantly keeps giving the ball away in dangerous areas. Herrera is inconsistent and Pogba instead of giving a simple pass will want to dribble and use body and pawa to hold off two players and then lose the ball. Cant initiate attacking moves if our midfielders cant even hold on to the ball and string passes together.
And of all our attackers, only Rashford constantly tries to get behind the defence and offer options for our midfielders. Eg. Spurs, Leicester, Arsenal and Watford.

Fact is United aren't even a tiki-taka or attacking team. Whenever we have much of the ball, we always end up doing nothing with it. Some of our best football under OGS has come from Conter Attacking or pressing high.

Cant give a chef indomie and expect him to make Spaghetti. Till OGS makes his own signings and we get better technical players, i'm afraid we are never going to get that type of attacking football we all crave for.

When I said that Sanchez deal has caused real problems it was cos of this salary issue. Ed Woodward generally behaves like a novice when it comes to football matters.

Herrera and De Gea are demanding big pay increases, and who can blame them? They are employees and not fans.
Anybody would do the same in a situation in which one of the worst workers in the company is earning 3 to 4 times what you are earning.

Same story, be blaming the players. When they went on a long unbeaten streak, OGS na saviour and beats master, but now, he needs to overhaul the team. Question is why did the team go ultra defensive against Watford yesterday?

Watford dominated play and created many chances against us yesterday, but then, we should blame the players because they don't have an instructor and manager.

The simple truth is, OGS is not any different from Mou. I hope to be wrong sha, because, I want the best for the club.

Wow. That table is very telling. And he’s doing this with a squad with a Mourinho stamp all over it.

I think he’s going to replace Matic in the summer as well as a number of slow players- Mata included.

If those guys are starters next season there’ll be huge problems.

These guys crying all over the thread should put it in their pants. We played well against Arsenal and lost, we didn’t play well yesterday and won.

I can’t complain much until these awful performances start repeating itself 4 out of 5 match days.

I think that they should have waited till end of the season before giving OGS the job.

The problem is we didn’t have DOF and didn’t have a permanent manager.
How many top quality players would be happy to negotiate or even sign with us when our coach for next season is not sure.

It is better to make the decision now so he can start the process of recruitment for next season. You can’t start looking for players in June and hope to seal all the deals by preseason.
