Oh then you don't need it. It isn't a document people submit unless claiming sibling points. Please don't complicate your application. They specifically requested passport only. That is enough and they know how to verify these details anyway. Zara01: 2 Likes |

Hello everyone, I got a mail from WES on the 13th of this month that they have sent my documents to The federal polytechnic Ilaro for Verification. And it was clearly stated in the mail that there is nothing I need to do. Please what can I do so that my institution will respond on time? Do anyone have contact in Fed poly Ilaro? Thanks as I await your responses. |

Good day, nairalanders. Pls, I have a question. A health care personnel here in Nigeria, wishes to study for a second degree in medicine in Canada, but due to the cost of tuition in Canada is contemplating trying out the permanent residency. So, when he gets to Canada, he can work for a while with his first degree and save up for the second degree he dreams of. Pls, is there any contrary better option, opinion or advice |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by amaya21: 7:11pm On May 20, 2019 |
A lot of people have gone on to do second or third degrees after landing as permanent residents in Canada. Plus, tuition for permanent residents is far less than tuition for international students. The person should go ahead with PR. Phaytie: 7 Likes |

Hello kind people I'm at crs 441 and considering taking up CIMA Business Accounting cert. for a second degree/diploma/certificate. Anyone here got positive WES evaluation? Please could you share screenshot of the summary? My consultant is saying it will not receive a "Completion of a college-level certificate (one year)" but they could be lying to try and get more money. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you friends! |

Jenolyfavour: Choose tracking. I chose ‘no tracking’, still don’t have a copy of my wes certificate since January. Sent them an email to request for it, I was told it can’t be tracked. Now I have to pay that money I was avoiding. 1 Like |

lol *staff (Has no plural) TLDR: You guys have an extremely good chance. You and your husband should both do IELTS, evaluate your degrees as well. Your husband should also do the french language test thing (more info on page 1). From my little calculation, with him as the PA, you guys can get as much as 470 (assuming he only has a Bachelors degree, and you guys max out your language scores) which is more than enough for you to receive an ITA. You don't need to max out your scores to get ITA though (fiddle with the CRS tool thing) As you must have seen multiple times, go through Page 1, there's plenty information there kakeit: 1 Like |

Zara01: No, your passport will suffice. The only reason I think you'd need it is to prove sibling relationship that is if you're claiming sibling points for your ITA 2 Likes |

Be encouraged in the Lord my brother/ sister cos it will definitely end in praise. Have u requested for your GCMS? Do u have an idea of what the interview is about? Go prepared and go with God. Also, there is a WhatsApp group for ACCRA candidates with interview request. Just search and follow. You’ll be fine DeeHoney123: 1 Like |

Mariesio: There has been a backlog of applications since waec examinations started. Only one person is processing that of WAEC at the moment and they have over a 100 applications a day..although all are not going to wes. So it may take a while. But 5th should be ready.. I said should oo. Ask your courier to check again. The back logs started mid April shortly before easter. Unless it wasn't submitted on time. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Canadahome: Adding another certificate won't make any difference unless it's a PhD. so I suggest you give IELTS another shot and try to max it out this time. In the meantime let's keep praying for the scores to drop. Ideally 447 isn't bad at all. It will end well for you and everyone else waiting. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Hi nairalanders. Pls I need your advices. I and my hubby are planning to relocate our family (of three) to Canada. We both had overall bands of 7 in Ielts and our consultant says we will likely need a PNP to boost our scores. Our transcripts was delivered to IQAS since 7th of March 2019 and till date we haven't received an acknowledgement mail from them. My questions are: 1. Has anyone here experienced such delay in acknowledgement with IQAS and how long more do you think we have to wait? 2. Has anyone here done a PNP before and how can we do it on our own because we really don't want to use a consultant again to save cost. I will be waiting for your helpful responses. Thanks |
