So assuming it's true - then both Ghana and Kenya have the same % of paved road. Now what do you mean 23% of all roads are considered solid?. Nearly all kenyan classified roads are considered all weather & motorable.

And assuming you consider mediocre - what the big plan to pave the roads? At least we have plan that is working - already nailed 10,000 - about double of what we had done since 1963 - and have 20,0000 in pipeline.

The first 10k we will have used 2.8B dollars - contractors look for financing - build and maintain the road - and we pay them annually.

Let assume these guys have yet to update their data. They have it 17%.

I was watching Aljazeera - I saw many poor West African including Ghanaians in Italy as parking boys. You know they earn like 2-5 euros a day. I think a parking boy in Nairobi can as much.

Ghana is a poor country like most of west africa ..Fact..If IMF managed Naija like it does with Ghana, they all be the same..

That is why their 50% urbanization (slumization) has not generated the economic benefits you'd expect.
