That alone shows his incompetence then. If you cannot identify any midfielders to sign in the whole world with all the resources available to him, surely he shouldn't be in the job? Most of us could see the glaring weaknesses in the squad before the start of the season and we're not even certified coaches and exactly what we saw is coming to pass why should that excuse Ole? Point is, he has made the rod for his own back and only really has himself to blame.
