I don't know about Emery but Pochetino sacking was harsh I particularly felt he should have been allowed to finish the season. Also Managers are usually sacked when there is a complete fall out with key players or when performances are way below expectations.

About the fault ish, one cannot Just lay everything at the feet of the manager. As bad as we were under Mourinho there was a general feeling the players were the problem. You cannot say man City problems this season is down to just Pep management.

Chamberlain was a key member of Liverpool's when they reached the UCL final 2 seasons ago, he was injured for a year and nobody complained. Fabinho is just as important for Liverpool as Laporte is for City. Overall, Liverpool have had to deal with more injuries to their first team squad but nobody is using it as an excuse.

Regarding City winning the league when Manchester United and Arsenal were in the peak of their powers, I'd say it will be very difficult maybe a title here or there but they wouldn't dominate the league...

U did not consider the impact Chamberlain had in the games he played and even made the goal he scored that helped eliminate City look irrelevant...

My point from the beginning has been that one can be a key player even with less playing time as long as he turns up when the team needs him.

Football is not maths that you can just add and subtract whenever u please.
Chamberlain scored the 2nd goal in their 3-0 victory over City. Who Knows how the game would have gone had Chanberlain not made the Scores 2-0 in the 20th minute?

Goals change games and that Chamberlain's goal was hugely important because it was the first leg. It's now easy for u to come out and say Liverpool scored 5 goals because City lost at the Etihad. Who knows how different the 2nd leg would have been if Liverpool did not have a good advantage going into the 2nd leg??

U've already admitted urself that a player can be a key player whilst playing less minutes so I guess the argument is over. Wot matters is turning up when ur team needs u.
