Did Giadom organise any Primaries? NO
Does APC have any candidate? NO

INEC only knows Giadom in the eyes of the law, hence, he will submit the name(s) of the candidate(s) for the election.

They will be waiting for him.....they cannot use their Primaries because he had told them already he isn't aware.
