Sorry I realised the door I was talking about looks nothing like the first picture but I have the exact door you first posted. Picture is attached. It's a Spanish door.

The other door I mentioned is just plain hardwood (Brazilian) and like I earlier said you would need to get a carpenter to create the matching frame, carve out handle point & get you accessories. Picture is also attached

personally, I don't think there's a sure way to go about it so far you and your people aren't experienced. Just find a good engineer who's truthful. If you insist on daily pay and he drags your work for months. Just find a good engineer and he will deliver your work

Is he supposed to send in pictures of all gates and their prices here? Haggling can be involved when he lists his rates. Are he and the potential buyer meant to have that back & forth exchange here? Allow him run his business the way he sees fit

I have samples of gates that range from 150,000 to 700,000 depending on the materials used. The most expensive ones are made with wrought iron while the economic ones are made with 2mm charka plates. If my methods doesn't impress you, kindly suffice me with ideas on how to grow.

For the small amount of time I have been in this thread, I have learnt a great deal and I'm still open to learning more. Thanks for your time

People say abestos is poisonous to human's health but that is where they born and trained us till now, I took up a project and my client did not want to spend much so we concluded on using nigerite boards for pop ceiling and it came out well after screening just like pop ceiling designs. You can contact a good carpenter and give him the design to do, it will come out fine
