what u did is not good, u almost, if not already dented his reputation. he promised to pay u on Friday and on Monday morning, u are already here to dent his image. some banks issues can even take a week to resolve and u are already panicing in just 48hrs of not receiving alert. this guy has been verified to own a shop in a market with an extremely strong trade union, yet u cant wait for few days or keep engaging him on WhatsApp. As for your waybill not arriving on time, it happens, anything can happen on transit and it can be delayed up to 1week or even be returned back to park!

You may not necessary delete the part where you called him out, you can just include an addendum inside the post indicating that the issue was due to bank network and that it has been resolved. thank God it was resolved amicably and both parties have mended fences, times are hard now and nobody would be happy to loose any hard earned money no matter how small, and it seems the problem was from the banks
